This is a really cool place to stay! Spacious sites with power, water & septic. The hosts are friendly and accommodating with a comfortable vibe. We got a tour of the place and met and got to feed the horses! There are also donkeys, a goat and emu and beautiful Great Pyrenees dogs that guard the homesteadâŚall contained in secure fencing. We wish these guys well in their further homestead plans!!

Peaceful place to work remotely and take my pups on walks and runs around the fenced area. Nice seeing all the animals roaming around during our mornings. Very responsive hosts to any questions or issues. Great experience.

Perfect place to stargaze! Host was very welcoming and made sure we were nice and comfortable, the ONLY down side is that there are a lot of prickly hitchhikers. But you can't really do much about that. đ¤ˇ

This is a nice place. We did 4 nights there. Hitting Crystal River, Rainbow River and other spots. Lots of things within 30-45 minutes. Itâs a beautiful area with nice trees. One of the pigs enjoyed saying hi. Might have been some homemade blueberry muffins that he liked. The language does make it seem like they have 2 sites around the property and that you have a spot alone, or I just assumed. It is a large shared area for 2. Lots of space but shared. The dog run and disc golf area is large too. Power worked and I have a car freezer so that was helpful, water poured well, and an incredibly fair price.
PI tent camped. Itâs a VERY sandy area. Dewey mornings got a little messy. The road is a little busier than I thought it would be but still not bad. Couple likely school kids racing back and forth one of the nights. Electric hook up and water worked well, I have a car freezer to plug in and that was necessity. Jessica was responsive and helpful. Met her husband upon arrival, nice guy, even offered to hit the area with a tractor to level it. Her son made a firewood delivery for us as well. I arrived a day late for reservation, and on Christmas and they were very accommodating.
The tent zone is a little iffy if it were to rain a lot. The good spots are close to road and away from it are on a downhill slope. Imagine the sand drains well but pouring water out of cooler it ran down hill and I could see getting puddled on a bad day. But beautiful place. Chill environment.

The site was very secluded and quiet. The host met us at the gate and directed us on where to park. The road was very soft dirt but we got into a fairly flat area. They have 30 and 50 amp extension cords to plug into and water hook ups. They have a disc golf basket in a field with discs to use. Their dog is super friendly and the emu came up pretty close to us.

I highly recommend Big Oak Farm Dog and Horse Camping! Itâs an idyllic little spot to stay with the family, with pets or solo. Itâs easy to locate and very accessible near a state road.
I booked last minute, (Iâm talking about an hour beforehand). The host responded quickly and was very welcoming. Every time I reached out through the app, during my stay, the response was quick. The hosts were attentive, but definitely gave you your privacy.
Although, their very clear directions and instructions were posted on the site, they took the time to greet me personally and helped me get set up with water and electricity, using their own hose and extension cord to save me the trouble of dragging out my own.
There is a large fenced in area for the dogs to run around safely. My 3 had a great time and were fascinated by the pig and the emu in the adjoining field. Itâs a beautiful sight to see horses in the field while having your morning coffee!
I decided to book a second night after seeing the stars the first night. There is no noticeable light pollution and little to no traffic at night. I would recommend bringing a telescope, you wonât be disappointed.
I would definitely stay again!

This is a very peaceful and private space. Personal entrance, and plenty of animals (even an emu!) to greet in a separate fenced off area,
There's a hammock, Frisbee golf, and plenty of room to walk around. This is a great place to stay especially for families.
Tip: For the best setup, be sure to bring an extension cable and long water hose.

We had a fantastic stay at this campsite! The lack of an on-site bathroom was no problemânearby facilities were easy to access, and the spacious, shady sites were perfect for unwinding. The 110 power hookups and water access kept things convenient and comfortable. The animals added such a fun, unique charm to the experience! The hosts were super accommodating, checking in periodically to ensure everything was all good, which made us feel so welcome. With plenty of shade and open space, this campsite is a true gem for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

The place was very easy to find & the owner came out to say hello before going back in. Peaceful area, I ended up going to the Devil's den spring right down the street from there...just book that ahead online as well : )

We needed a place to crash for our spontaneous weekend getaway to kayak, paddle board and snorkel. Just a place to pitch our tent. We stopped in mid day and set up our tent and Travis met us and showed us power and water hook ups. We went into cedar key and had a great water day, stopped at a cool little tiki bar on the way back and made it back to the tent exhausted and slept great!! We left in the am and headed down to the springs to snorkel! The campsite is off the road on the property which is in the country and it is a farm property. You will still hear cars pass and its dark with lots of stars to see. They provided water via the hose and a trough to catch it and electric is available although we didn't need it. We will definitely stay again. Plenty of room for multiple tents or smaller pull behind type camper Dog friendly for a well behaved dog.

We loved camping at Jessica's farm. We parked under a large beautiful oak tree. Jessica quickly responded to a couple questions that we had. Nice quiet site. Short commute to the towns of Bronson or Williston. Keep your eyes open, you may be greeted by the cutest pot bellied pig who loves scratches when you are using the dump station.

I recently stayed at a wonderful family farm in my RV, and it was a pleasant experience. The site was private and peaceful, providing the perfect escape. My dog absolutely loved running freely in the open pasture, which was such a treat.
The hosts were incredibly welcoming. The husband kindly helped me hook up my utilities, and Jessica, the wife, even brought out her dogs to greet me, adding a personal and friendly touch.
To top it all off, a charming pig stopped by to visit me this morning-such a delightful surprise.
The setup and hospitality were fantastic. I loved every moment of my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Jessicaâs land and animals. Itâs so peaceful and quiet. With nothing but nature and beautiful animals to spend time with. Me and my boyfriend stayed for the weekend and loved it so much we booked an entire weeks stay. Couldnât get enough of it. Wanted more time with the horses and scenery. Itâs a great way to spend vacation. Jessica was very welcoming and made us feel like we were safe and at home. Thatâs exactly what it felt like home.

Jessica and her husband have a beautiful piece of property. They were very accommodating during our stay. They helped with set up, explained the property and then left us alone unless we needed something. Which we did request a favor and they did not hesitate to come and assist (after dark). In turn, this saved our travel trailer from not being able to go back in the road.
Being a newer HipCamp host, they have plans to make this beautiful piece of land even more accommodating and fun! Iâm very excited to return and see how it grows!

I had a great time. I loved the farm atmosphere. The kids made the experience being there enjoyable. The last night campfire with the whole family and the dogs topped it off. Very accommodating to make sure everything went well since I was their first camper. I can't wait to see it when its all done. I wish them the best of luck. Close to some interesting sights and the Gulf coast. I'd stay again.
