Private property nestled amongst bamboo and trees. 0.66-acre property Stroll the beautiful Ravine Gardens, kayak or fish the St. Johns River, explore quiet trails at Rice Creek, or paddle the wild waters of Dunns Creek State Park.RV site on the property where we keep our motorhome. Need a place to park for a few days or a couple weeks. We have an RV site available with electric and water and a place to dump your septic. We have neighbors but they are super nice. We are on a dead end road so little traffic on the roadway so the site is private. It has a rural feel with turkeys roaming the area. We are a block off of a paved bike path and within walking distance to a few restaurants and a grocery store.

Dave was on site when we visited. Clarissa was away. Great experience! Dave was very accommodating. Flat area to park with access to power and water. Quiet area! Hard-packed gravel area. 150 yards to the Palatka to St Augustine bike trail (paved). Many amenities within 2 miles. We would go back.
