The land was beautiful! The ground was pretty rocky so we chose to stay pretty close to the road which was the flattest and least rocky area. There were animals everywhere which was pretty awesome to see! We saw many pronghorns, horses, donkeys, cows, etc.. the cows around were not fenced so they got very close to the campsite which our dog did not really enjoy and there was cow poop everywhere. The closest store was about 25 mins away so be prepared. The closest gas station was about 30 mins away.

We had a wonderful time! We had a huge plot of land all to ourselves, and we even had neighbors (donkeys)! The directions could be a bit more clear, but everything else was amazing. There is little to no shade at this site!

Beautiful Views and Cows

The site is empty land which goes uphill to a large field, no trees, very private, except for the cows. There is a dirt drive that takes you to the top of the hill. There is very little growth on the ground at the top so picking a spot is easy and we found multiple spots that required no levelling for our trailer. There are some rocks, but smaller than 6" and easy to avoid when driving. The view is fantastic, mountains and the lake. Although it rained in the afternoon (almost an inch in an hour) an hour later the ground was dry and hard (no mud). The last 5 miles of the drive are dirt county road which was washboard so driving was a bit slow. Eleven Mile Reservoir (State Park) access is across the road. It is about a mile to the lake where you can fish from the shore. The marina is on the other side of the Reservoir. We would definitely recommend this spot.

This was our 2nd time staying here and it was great yet again. It is not directly on the water but not more than a 5 minute drive to it. Definitely a price that we are willing to pay to for both the views at this site and the seclusion away from other campers! We will be sure to book this spot a third time!

Very awesome! The site was extremely spacious and beautiful. Directions were spot on and although there were other campers, the site was so massive we didn’t even see them. Parked ans set up camp about a miles walk from the lake and even fished and caught something! It was amazing and we will certainly be back.

The incredible views and solitude of this property made for an incredible camping experience. The directions were easy to follow and the nearby Eleven Mile Reservoir is a nice perk. This was such lovely place to spend some time. Highly recommended!

Rebecca and her family were there and they were really great.
The land has 360 degree views and you can definitely isolate from other campers if you want.
It’s pretty exposed. There aren’t any trees, so be sure to bring a sunshade.

Beautiful area, this spot has a wonderful view of Eleven mile lake and is not too far a drive from eleven mile or spinney mountain. Lots of space to set up camp. Just come prepared as there is no shade, which is typical for the area. We left a little early just because we weren't as prepared for the elements as we should have been! Rebecca was a helpful gracious host!
