Tucked-away parking pad located adjacent to our alley garage in historic Old Town Fort Collins. We can accommodate vans or truck campers only in this 10x24-foot space. Water and 110V power (via extension cord) are available. Enjoy easy access to the Poudre River Trail, which offers miles of scenic paths starting from Lee Martinez Park. We are 8 blocks from Old Town Square and 10 blocks from the Colorado State University campus. Hop on your bike or set out on foot to explore everything Fort Collins has to offer.Parking pad off alley adjacent to our garage. There is a small backyard pergola with seating you are welcome to use. There is both a hose and electrical outlet off the garage.
