Nice, level spot on driveway along quiet road. Stopped for the night after a Red Rocks concert. Pulled in late and left in the morning for a hike at Staunton State Park. Perfect for what we needed—a quiet, safe place to sleep!

This hip camp might be great for you if you’re just passing through. We were hoping for more ambiance. The spot is in a driveway right next to the host’s home and on the side of a busy road. Not quite the camping experience we were hoping for.

Camping on Carol’s property was great. There was a nicely shaded area with level parking for my truck camper. Carol was an excellent communicator and she made sure I had all of the information I needed before I got there. The entrance is a bit tight if you have a full-size truck or van, so best to arrive before sundown if you can.

It’s probably just me, but I honestly was disappointed. The hosts were plenty friendly, and this was my first experience on this app. I had mistakenly expected a more typical campground experience. I parked in the driveway of a postage stamp sized lot and I was advised to park so that my double doors opened up to their little zen garden. And frankly, that felt a bit awkward because it was also opened up to the windows of their house. It made me feel observed. If you just need a place to park, it’s fine. I was looking for more. I was not planning on giving a review but I felt harassed to do so. Careful what you ask for.😳

Carol was an exceptional host! My wife and I only stood one night as we were passing through on our road trip, but were very comfortable and felt very safe. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location and really friendly owners! We enjoyed our two nights staying at Carol’s. The location is conveniently located near trails and downtown Evergreen. We felt very safe and it was great waking up to such beautiful views.

Pretty spot in a great part of town—good view. Good view right off the road, gas station within reasonable distance, good restaurants in town. Good flat spot next to the little zen garden, tent spot a few yards away from the home, but didn’t feel disturbed or uncomfortable!

This camp spot, as advertised and priced, is pretty basic. - a level space at the end of the residential driveway. It is good for car camping/tent or a van. It would be very tight for a larger camper.
The host was very pleasant. The price is reasonable. I would stay here again, especially given there a no other camping options in the area.

The camping experience at Carols spot was a beautiful experience! Carol and her husband were both very helpful and kind, we were able to pet their sweet dog Yogi and jump on her trampoline! Perfect spot for van camping and tent set up while still being close to town/amenities. They also gave some great hiking recommendations as we were not from the area, highly recommended!

Carol is a wonderful host. She was very responsive to texts. As the description reads, this space is beside their house, but they have a nice garden and picnic table and chairs for you use. They respect your privacy. The circle driveway is tight for larger vehicles, I had a shortened truck w quad cab and had to make several turns to back in, coming out was a breeze. Great spot for vans. Convenient to town.

Very peaceful spot for morning coffee by the zen garden. Would recommend staying here for a night. We attended a music festival and it was a perfect spot to park the van for the night.

Carol and her family were absolutely wonderful! They welcomed us with so much kindness! While there were not bathrooms available to us we definitely didn’t mind as we were out hiking and climbing all day anyways. The view was fantastic, lots of animals all around, night time they made noises which was super cool for us. We are major nature lovers so this was perfect! It was just a half hour away from the red rocks amphitheater so it was a quick jaunt to our concert! 10/10 recommend!!
