The land and site were beyond beautiful. So relaxing and calm, everything we were looking for in our family getaway. Kaewyn and Jory were such welcoming fantastic hosts! And the tiny home provides everything needed to make your vacation smooth and enjoyable.

Kaewyn’s tiny home is in a great location close to the Grand Mesa. She is also an excellent host! Her home has all the essentials you would need for your trip, and she is a wealth of knowledge and recommendations. Her place is also close to the very cute, albeit very tiny, Main Street in Cedaredge. We especially enjoyed trying the different ciders at Snow Capped Cider house. If you are looking for a unique stay close to outdoor adventures definitely stay here!

Casita del Sol forest retreat
We had such an amazing time camping at Dragonsong! The host was so welcoming, making sure we arrived to the right place and was so kind with our kids! The host taught us so much about the local places and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We loved getting to visit “Starlily”, the meditation tent and we enjoyed getting to tour the property as well! We will be back!
Dragonsong is more than a retreat — it’s a return.
Tucked away on the western slope of the Grand Mesa, overlooking the San Juan Mountains, this place doesn’t just offer rest. It offers rebirth.
From the moment I arrived, I felt seen, held, and honored — not just as a guest, but as a human being walking through something deeper. The land itself feels ancient and alive, like it's been waiting for you. Every detail — the forest, the fire, the stillness, the presence of the hosts — felt intentional and sacred.
I came with questions I didn’t know how to ask, and I left with clarity I didn’t know was possible. I was invited into a space of deep healing, where I could look inward, connect with the wisdom of the earth, and let go of everything I thought I had to be.
What unfolded here was, without exaggeration, the most meaningful and profound experience of my life. Something shifted inside me that I will carry forever. The connection, the insight, the love — it’s hard to put into words, but it’s real. And it’s lasting.
If you feel the call… answer it. Dragonsong is ready.

I had an amazing time! The hosts were so kind and the kind of energy you want when traveling alone. Jory’s Rune reading is highly recommended.
We can’t wait to visit again! The views were outstanding. The hosts were professional and giving and enjoyable. The tiny home is clean, new, and unexpectedly roomy. It had everything we needed. Thank you both SO much for your hospitality!!
Kaewyn and Jory were wonderful hosts with a magical space to share! They were very flexible about our arrival and departure and made us feel completely at home! Their son and dogs were just as sweet as they were. The night sky was magical and they welcomed us to use their tent in the meadow to relax and admire the stars. They have trails on the property so you can walk through the beautiful forest and it is such a nice, peaceful location! Definitely recommend 4wd/AWD but we made it up there in our front wheel drive just fine. The drive there is beautiful too! It was such a treat to be only 25 minutes from so many beautiful lakes and they were happy to provide suggestions, guidance, and were so fun to talk with! We look forward to returning and absolutely recommend Sol Casa to those who enjoy magical, healing earth retreats in the woods!
