We had a great time at this campsite! Was better than expected! The space was very welcoming and Leticia was communicative with all the details. Directions were correct and check-in was easy. It was also enjoyable to walk around her beautiful garden and enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the outlook on the hill. And perfect location for wine tasting. Thanks Leticia!

Loved everything about this site - the gardens, the little cottage, Leticia's homemade fire starters, birds chirping in the morning, the breathtaking sunset views from the red chairs on the hill... A convenient 15 minute drive from the city, but gives you the remote feel. Thank you Leticia & Bill for your warm hospitality! Sure do hope to go back some day :)
P.S. There are lots of local wineries around, and the Palomar observatory is an absolute gem!

This was the first time we’ve gone camping in California and it was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. It was more beautiful, and charming than we could have ever imagined! You truly are alone and there’s so much to look at and admire. We had a blast with the fairy garden activity, and the sunset was breathtaking even tho it was cloudy. Our host Leticia was amazing. We had a couple things come up and we couldn’t be there for exactly what we originally planned for but she was super flexible and friendly. The overall experience was magical and I highly, highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice get away from the world for a while. Whether your an experienced camper or not, this place is great for all levels. We will definitely be back!

This is a truly magical place and the host, Leticia, is so charming and really went out of her way to ensure we had a nice stay. The gardens are beautiful, the sunset view is spectacular and the perfect place to sample whatever goodies you've picked up from the many local wineries on your way there.

Wine Country Camping
Wine Country Camp was so beautiful! There
Were many different areas to explore and spend time in. Each area had a different "theme" and adorable decor. There was runnin,g potable water which was nice for the warm days! The cottage with a mini fridge and microwave was also so nice to have. However, the kitchen/ cottage also doubled as the "restroom" with a camping bag "toilet" and glass doors. Not much privacy. But all in all a good experience!

Leticia was very kind and a good host.
She has been very diligent in creating an area with amazing attention to detail.
It is a great area to escape for a weekend with tons of unique areas to explore.

Beautiful location with wonderful hosts. It's such a tranquil property and close enough to all the local wineries. We had a great time doing the scavenger hunt and just relaxing. The love they put into this property is immediately noticeable upon arrival. Cottage is super cute! Definitely a glamping site. 🙂

Words and photos cannot describe the absolute beauty of this garden. It is a creative masterpiece that left us feeling awe-struck and inspired. We had a phenomenal camping experience and loved the opportunity to re-connect with nature. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and in the morning, we were blessed to see hot air balloons fly in the distance. The view of the sunset over the vineyards was amazing. Our hosts were gracious and kind while respecting our privacy. We are grateful for the opportunity to spend a weekend in this magical place and hope to return again soon. You definitely would not regret booking a camping trip to this idyllic location.

Can’t recommend enough. It was like camping in Alice & Wonderland! Pics don’t do it justice; there are so many adventures and areas to uncover here! The hosts are most welcoming and kind. Also there’s a perfect spot for sunsets and sunrises where you can watch hot air balloons!

Lovely space and peaceful atmosphere. Laeticia and her husband were incredibly accommodating and so lovely to meet. They have invested a lot of creative energy in making their property a special sort of enchanted garden. Easy space to camp with basic amenities but very close to wineries and civilization for a night out if you want. And a beautiful landscape with incredible sunset views. Thank you!

From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of this wonderful enchanted garden tucked away in the hills of wine country. I brought my best friend here for her 33rd birthday, as she and I have taken several campground style camping trips to the mountains over the last few years and are fond of the nature, seclusion, campfires, and serenity. This was our first "hip camp" experience and I had loved the opportunity that this garden oasis provided. We were in no way disappointed at any moment, even when it suddenly started raining the morning we were set to leave, everything was absolutely perfect.
The owner Leticia was wonderful, she showed up around the property and gardens when we arrived, and was warm, inviting, and kind. We were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the grounds, I had looked at the photos several times after booking, but in no way was I prepared for what it would be like in person. I had kept the pictures a secret from my friend as a birthday surprise and seeing her eyes light up as Leticia showed us around the secluded, well loved property, was honestly magical.
The campsite was wonderful, having a cottage to put things in was perfect, and we had two tens on site, one larger, and one pretty small, it was quite comfortable. The mini fridge in the cottage was larger than what I was used to and kept our food perfectly cold. The microwave was truly a blessing that allowed us to focus on the beautiful surroundings and experience instead of cooking more traditional camping meals. The compost toilet was not only adorable (I know, even that is cute here), but very handy, and having an outdoor sink under a furry pine tree was one of my favorite parts.
This entire place was truly magical, you can see Leticia's care, love, personality, and green thumb every single place you look. Anyone who appreciates whimsey, incredible natural ambiance, wonderful details, and thought out design, will truly fall in love with this place and the feeling that is captured here. I also highly suggest spending time in the fairy garden and searching for the clues that Leticia has left out. My friend and I did this, and I can honestly say that I felt like a wide eyed kid again, and giggled the entire time at the pure delight of the experience.
The sunsets were incredible from the sunset perch that Leticia is creating, and I can't wait to see what it ends up like. Both nights we were there we watched stormy sky sunsets light up over wine country. Our dogs really liked it, but their size made it harder for them to enjoy the narrower paths of the property, so we were not able to spend as much time wandering around as we would have liked, but got to lounge in "the oasis" for several hours with the pups by our side.
Obviously, I highly recommend this place, it's beauty and magic is something that will stay with me always, and my friend would like to come back in following years as a birthday tradition, and we look forward to seeing all of the wonder that Leticia is bringing to life here to even further enhance hip campers experience and property. Well done Leticia, my hat is truly off to you and I hope that anyone lucky enough to find themselves here has a similar experience.

What a magical experience it was to stay in wine country on this amazing property, it was something out of a fairy tale. Two nights was the perfect amount of time to explore everything they have created here. We tried to enjoy all of their many, private sitting areas, enjoyed sunrise and sunset at their view point especially watching the hot air balloons in the mornings. We loved the life size chess board and so appreciated Leticia leaving us bird houses to paint over breakfast! We also really appreciated them providing the fire and wood for us to enjoy at night. They are right down the street from dozens of wineries so we loved exploring some one of the days! This property is truly magnificent, we were blown away by the detail they have put into this project, I truly felt like Alice in Wonderland! Thank you both soooo much!

This Campsite is absolutely amazing! The time and effort they spent on the property is absolutely stunning. So many fun things to look at and explore. Also just minutes away from tons of wineries. We will definitely be back. We can't thank the hosts enough for the wonderful stay!

Wine Country Camping
We had a nice time in Temecula, exploring wineries and having a picnic. Leticia's garden is absolutely amazing and the view of landscape and balloons in the morning is a nice way to start the day. We had a nice bbq and campfire and there was plenty of room for our two tents. The only aspect needing improvement was the bathroom situation. The toilet was just a plastic lined bucket/potty and a little too close to the eating/socializing area. We all felt awkward using it. Maybe a true composting toilet in some sort of outhouse farther away from the common area would make things more comfortable.

Gorgeous gardens! We did some wine tasting nearby in the afternoon and then enjoyed grilling, relaxing, and exploring all the different beautiful spaces on the property. Leticia made sure we had all we needed for a wonderful weekend!

We had a great time exploring this beautiful garden. The campsite was perfect, especially for new campers, since it had everything we forget (and then some). Beautiful views of the hot-air balloons rising in the morning, sunny AND shady places to sit and read, a million things to discover and want to emulate in my own garden.

We had such a great time. Kids had fun in the garden and all fun trails. Time was too short to enjoy it all. Kids and myself loved painting birdhouses. Leticia is very sweet and informative. We enjoyed everything.

We only spent one night at Wine Country Camping and our only regret is that we didn't book for two nights! Leticia was the perfect host, she gave us a tour of the grounds and told us the best place to see the sunset and the hot air balloons in the morning. She gets bonus points for leaving us several extra amenities and even gave us two adorable wood bird houses to paint and keep as a souvenir!
The grounds were absolutely amazing. The whimsical themed gardens were right up our alley, so many hidden treats everywhere you looked! We felt completely safe and private, and having access to the small cottage with a refrigerator and microwave was such an unexpected luxury while "camping"!
We were blessed with an incredible sunset, we got a peek of the hot air balloons in the morning, and we visited 4 of the local wineries, everything was perfect. I think I took about 500 photos of the gardens, and I still feel like there is so much I missed, I could spend days just wandering around, and I will the next time!

This was a beautiful spot to camp and so conveniently close to the wineries. There's a great spot to watch the sunset or wake up early to catch the hot air balloons going up just after sunrise! Everything about this site was perfect and our host was just lovely. She even supplied us with little wooden birdhouses to paint and take home as a souvenir, which turned out to a great, relaxing activity and a lovely way to remember our trip.

My wife and I wanted to take a weekend off to hangout, hit up some wineries and do some light camping. This place was perfect! If you're looking for a peaceful garden to relax in, this is the place.
Leticia was helpful and friendly, gave us a tour of the grounds, showed us were everything was, and answered all our questions. The grounds were clean and private, and very quiet. The gardens were amazing, and huge! Lots of great spots to hangout, watch the sunset or just take a nice nap. Bonus, We were just a few minutes away from the wineries.
