Sorry but this is an electrical outlet and a garden hose connection with a couple tables and chairs close by without even a cleared area that’s obvious to park - for $100/night? No bathroom or shower or anything. To be fair, they don’t claim it’s much more. And, it’s very dark so you can see the stars very well. And it’s close to town. Just seems like $100/night is nuts for an outlet and small patch of land.

We really enjoyed this spot. It felt safe and secure, and one of the biggest positives for us was that there was no in-person contact with the host. I have a severe immunodeficiency, so being able to access the property without direct interaction was a meaningful plus for my disability. We truly appreciated that and had a great stay. Thank you!

Great and easy place to stay. Peaceful even though highway 41 is just over the hill. There are a few small houses nearby that appear to be AirBnB’d but it’s still private and quiet. Walking the river bed with the dogs was great, you can see lots of wildlife. Hookups were great and easy. Feels safe, being a secure gate with an entry code. Nice neighbors. Definitely recommend.

It is a convenient location to everything Paso. It is a no frills site, which is just fine for us. We love how our dog is not restricted to a leash (he is not prone to run off so we don't worry about the property not being fenced).
There are two sites, it would be helpful for first timers to have numbers on them.

This place is a hidden gem in a perfect location in Paso Robles. It had great full hook ups, water, power, and sewer easy to get into and out of. We will definitely stay here again.

This is one of the worst places we’ve camped with our RV, and one of the most expensive. Was a bit deceptive as the photos make it look like there are farm animals and green grass. Not the case all dry and brown, no animals, expect the neighbors very large dog that come over to make friends, but also would leave a large pile before going home. The place is overrun with some kind of ground squirl. There are scores living in the pile of rocks next to our camp, and other holes around the property. Sometime you have 4 or 5 in sight at a time. They are literally scamping around all the time. My wife was afraid of them and refused to go outside, except to get in the car, during our five night stay. There are no extras, no shower or bathroom or laundry. No Wifi. The electric barely has enough volage to run my A/C. First time I’ve seen RV hookups with no Breaker or shutoff switch. Thought this was code. The hose bib leaks constantly, a pretty fast dribble. Turns out there is a frog leaving next to it. I see some folks have tried to stop the leak by putting Teflon tape on the treads, I tried too. That doesn’t work. I messaged the host on this and got a somewhat flippant response. Never saw him. This property is down in a hole next to a dry river. No views except the cliff on the other side of the river. There are Cottonwood trees in the river, the cotton pollen blowing all over, I had to clean it off much of our equipment when breaking camp. My wife was allergic to it. She has allerg

We stayed in site #1 (full hookups) with our travel trailer for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the peace and tranquility of the location. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and watching deer on the bluff above the wash...there was even a fawn nursing on its mother. There are plenty of birds, a resident frog near the spigot, bunnies, and squirrels to keep you entertained. I rode my road bike on multiple mornings and found the roads generally bike friendly. There were no issues with the site and I would highly recommend!

Eleazar’s site was PERFECT! We unfortunately got stuck in LA traffic and didn’t arrive until almost 11 but his site was very easy to pull in to and get settled. The only thing to be aware of is that entrance gate is actually before where Google maps will tell you it is, so just slow down and be ready to turn before the map says you’ve arrived. In the dark we blew right past it and had to turn around. The actual site is super clean, surrounded by lots of wide open space and beautifully set in nature. Our dog loved exploring and having space to run around. There’s a nice sandy riverbed behind the property where you can also walk for a long ways. The outdoor furniture provided is surprisingly extremely comfortable, so much so we’re thinking about getting a set for our own patio; ha! The neighbor on the next property has two big dogs, a couple chickens and I think I saw a few cats. On the morning of our check-out, one of the dogs came over to greet us and she was suuuuuuper sweet, mild, gentle and understanding of my anxious and slightly neurotic doodle. She gave him space to calm down and they eventually became friends, we’ll miss her! We would totally come back!

We had a lovely time staying on Eleazar’s land. It is a beautiful piece of property that is far enough from downtown that we felt like we were getting to enjoy nature while being close enough to easily get to town and to nearby wineries. All hookups were in perfect working order. The very cute, friendly dog who stopped by to say hi to us during our stay was an added bonus!

We enjoyed camping on the property. The two campsites share a common area and we enjoyed our neighbors. We were visited each morning by a big, fluffy sweet dog. Overall, it was a great place to stay that allowed us to explore Paso Robles and surrounding areas. Hosts were great communicators

We loved Eleazar's Hipcamp! Nestled close to Paso Robles downtown, nearby wineries, and super easy entry/exit with our RV trailer. Plenty of space to roam around including the dry river bed. Recommend to folks wanting to be within a few minutes of urban amenities yet spacious site! I would recommend to friends.

Loved the open space and closeness to town. Open, a bit of noise from road but not bad. You better like dogs cause a really cute neighbor dog would come to hang with us daily, we loved her.

A Beautiful and Private Farm Retreat

Our stay at Caesar and Anne’s farm was absolutely wonderful! The property is stunning—beautiful, private, and thoughtfully designed with excellent lighting that made it feel both safe and cozy in the evenings.
Caesar and Anne were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They generously shared fresh fruit with us, which was such a treat! One of the highlights was getting to play with and feed their lovely farm animals. It was such a unique and joyful experience to interact with them—it really made us feel connected to the farm life. But also had a bar and fire pit right outside our rv!
This spot is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with a personal touch. Between the serene setting and the warm hospitality, it was one of our favorite RV experiences ever. We can’t wait to return!
And all the hookups are so clean and updated!

For the most part very quiet. Occasional Harley noise from the road. They have a couple of AirBB’s on the site as well. All guests super friendly.
Some neighbor dogs come over to check you out and are very friendly with you and your dog. Nice place for dogs as they can go off leash and not worry about them
Easy to find. Sites should have been marked with numbers to make it easier to know which is yours.
The transition from the street to the drive way could use a little more grading as a slow exit is required and there is a blind turn down the road that makes it a little dicey when pulling out.

The sites weren’t labeled so we originally parked in the wrong one. I booked the 50amp because the other one wasn’t available but there wasn’t anyone there but us.

We enjoyed staying in our RV on Eleazar's land. It's a great spot just a little bit out of town. We were able to uber as well as ride our bikes into the park. A fantastic spot if you are traveling with your dog as there is a dry creek bed that makes a great walk. There are full hookups so if you are like us and don't need the amenities of a campground this makes for a nice stay.

The site is easy to access and clean. The table and chairs were super comfortable and appreciated. The neighbors are pretty close, and while they respected our space we did feel a little exposed compared to other hipcamps in the past. That said, it’s a safe and nice stop over place.
