There is 10 acres of beautiful land to stay on which includes a barbecue, kitchen, and gazebo area. Private stocked bass pond that you can also swim, paddle board, and fish on. The pond is backed by the kings river where you can boat, jet ski, fish, float on tubes, and do water sports on. There is electricity, and a nice men’s and women’s built in restrooms available for use. There are 2 RV hook ups available as well. The whole property is private and about 10 minutes from the nearest town, Kingsburg.We have a fully private property, you are getting the best location and the whole property to yourself, bring your friends and family and have your own private pond with clean restrooms, an outdoor kitchenette and gazebo, paddle boards, a boat ramp and beach on the kings river, a dock, electric and water hook ups, the perfect place to swim, boat, or fish, we also offer jet ski rentals. There are great views, lots of grass, and string lights to light up your area. We had an amazing stay at Madison’s land! The photos honestly don’t do it justice — the site is absolutely beautiful. The lake had warm water perfect for swimming, while the nearby river offered a cold, refreshing dip. It was the best of both worlds. What really blew us away were the bathrooms — seriously felt like 5-star Vegas bathrooms, super clean and well-designed. Just note, there are no showers, but everything else made up for it. The campsite itself was incredibly private and spacious. We had a group of 18 and had more than enough room to spread out comfortably. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and spacious place to camp. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing space! Super nice and clean restrooms. They had everyone talking! All the great upkeep and maintenance on this place definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Gorgeous spot and perfect for a large group like ours. Thank you guys we definitely will be back! A lot of amazing memories made here.

Hidden Gem in the Central Valley

This was a great place for a bachelor party. The host was super responsive and helpful. They have great amenities, and although they call it a pond, my group considered it to be a small lake. The Kings River is also very accessible with a ramp on the property if you want to launch a boat. If you’re looking for a place for a family reunion, group camping, or bachelor party and want a private lake, fishing, a large grass area, a covered gazebo area, and river access, look no further. We had privacy the entire time and the hosts checked in to see if we needed anything over texts. I don’t think the photos on Hipcamp do this gem justice. We will consider coming back here for a family trip at some point in the future.

Host was super responsive and flexible. Venue/campsite is insanely well maintained and even better than the pictures. New clean bathrooms, large pavilion for protection from weather, just a lot of amazing aesthetic features. Will definitely book again.
