I am Will, your host. Sunset Sunrise is a hilltop oasis, a place of presence, a place of peace. We are at the beginning of manifestation.. a vision of tranquility, of liberty, of grounding. The future holds gatherings to enliven the spirit and dissolve the troubled self. We look forward to yoga retreats, connective music, meditation, holistic living, gardens, and all things true. At the time of this writing months were spent clearing the brush and one 20 ft. bell tent has been situated under the oaks, facing the sunset. My father and I split cedar fencing by hand and installed a 32x24 courtyard, a space to chill, do yoga, or whatever inspires you. In the time ahead this will be the central location for gathering and events with glamping tents surrounding. For now, we are renting the bell tent and the entire space. We have running water on site, a propane BBQ and for now, a porta-potty. The tent is now furnished with a new queen bed, a nightstand and rug! Up to 8 people can sleep inside comfortably.. I will be acquiring more beds and mats when I can. The site can be rented for just a couples getaway for larger groups. There is abundant flat ground on the hilltop for basic tent camping or parking a trailer or RV. For now I have listed the site for up to 14 people, please contact me for other arrangements or events. Nearby we have nice spots to swim on the Cosumness River, a market 15 minutes away, many wineries of the Fairplay region, and Jenkinson Lake about 25 minutes from the site for hiking, swimming and boating. The tent is roomy and very comfy. The sunsets are fantastic and the overall vibe under the oaks is soothing to the soul. This is the beginning.. hope to see you here!

      Great spot! Amazing scenery and very private. William was great at communicating as well. Would definitely recommend.

      This site is awesome! The space itself feels nice and secluded, as it is the only camping site on the property. There is lots of space for parking and plenty of flat ground for yard games or to pitch extra tents. The tent is huge and opens up into a sandy courtyard that has a propane grill and tables, and a comfy leather couch. The sunset views are incredible, and there are nice solar lights that turn on at night so you can see your way around. Everything at the site is very clean and well-maintained. The host, William, is great and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely return here again!

      William was an amazing host! We were his first guests and he was very accommodating and welcoming. He had everything very well prepared and the locations aesthetic was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend!
