We loved our stay here; walking around the vineyards at sunset, befriending the cats/dogs/ducks, and having farm fresh eggs were a few of our favorite things. Plus conveniently located close to everything around wine country! The hosts had good local recommendations and were super welcoming but also gave plenty of privacy.

Right in the heart of vineyards that our RV was backed up to. Communing with the sheep and dogs was really fun. Walked to a big name vineyard with hundreds more a short drive away.

Our stay with Cindy was beyond special! We arrived at two baby lambs born that day. The hosts were very generous—showing us around, educating us on the farm, and even sharing their spring bounty. The location is central to everything you'd ever want to explore in Sonoma while still feeling secluded. Highly recommend and we hope to be back soon!

The space was absolutely gorgeous for tent camping. Wonderful location not far from downtown areas, but remote enough to be able to enjoy the nature and all of the beautiful gems the farm had to offer. I would absolutely stay at this site again. Cindy was very communicative and an extremely kind host. 10/10 recommend.

We had such a wonderful time at Cindy’s. There was a ton for the toddlers to do- checking out the animals, playing on the slides, checking out the gardens, splashing in the water table. A local winery was within walking distance, which was a fun afternoon ‘field trip’. It was a perfect place for our first camping trip with the little ones. Thanks Cindy for making our stay so memorable. We are looking forward to our next stay!

This is a hard one, but it seems like the farm has been offline for years and is just back online (only a few recent reviews, which I only caught after the stay). The tree house ladder was gone, the cute buildings had broken windows and the bathroom had the door left open and was quite dirty. Had this been a harvest host, I would have been fine with it, but given it was nearly $200 for the night, the condition wasn’t acceptable and photos misleading. The reviews mention a wonderful host, but she was out of town, so I didn’t experience that part. I was also awoken in the middle of the night to incredibly loud dog barking right outside the RV for at least 20 minutes.
On the plus side the location is very convenient and the baby goats were adorable.
This is perhaps the first negative hip camp or harvest host review I’ve left - but there is work that needs to be done to get Flower Farm back to its glory and I wouldn’t recommend until then.

Where to even start… this was the last stop of a two week adventure myself, my husband and two children were on. It was the picture perfect ending to the trip. Cindy is lovely! She is so warm and open. We felt right at home. Her husband is also very friendly. We had so much fun on the property, we really didn’t need to leave. Between, spending time with the sheep, feeding and bonding with chickens, swinging and playing soccer we had a blast. Cindy also took the time to make a flower bouquet with my 5 year old daughter 🩷. The two dogs were so delightful and we fell in love with both of them. If you have the privilege of staying here, you will not regret it!

Cindy and David are awesome!
When we arrived Cindy, David and Sally (friendly dog) met us at the gate and gave us a full tour. Cindy introduced our five year old daughter to all her animals and she loved feeding the chickens and petting the cats.
Cindy’s kindness, generosity and hospitality are more than enough of a reason to stay but the beautiful views and the farm feel just takes it over the top.

I knew this would be a fun getaway, but I guess I didn't realize just how much fun we would have. The hosts are incredible. They will give you the full tour, share so many facts, let you play with the animals, and then have free reign to explore on your own. Being from the city, it's truly so special to be able to get away from the traffic, hang out with Bonnie and Hercules, the sweetest two dogs, feed the chicken and sheep, and walk through the vineyard. Did I mention we played basketball and engaged in a chipping contest? We fully expected to head into town for the night, but instead found ourselves having such a good time on the farm that we stayed, grilled some food that we had brought, and sat by the gas fire, enjoying the calm of the country. In the morning, I got to watch Cindy harvest some roses from her flower garden, and we took our time before heading into Sonoma to check out the town. I cannot recommend this place enough. We'll be talking about it for awhile!

We had a great time waking up on the vineyard. Awesome location right in the middle of wine country (Carneros). Definitely a unique experience. Fortunately it was damp so we could have a bonfire which was really nice on the chilly night in December.

We camped for two nights on our honeymoon. The hosts are so friendly and helpful with suggestions to restaurants and wineries! We were able to set up camp anywhere we pleased, including the vinyard---which is so cool! The treehouse is a pretty sweet spot as well! It was very nice to have access to a real toilet and sink with running water after camping other places for a week. If you camp here, you must like animals! Their sheep and chickens are very talkative :) and their dog is the sweetest! Location is a short drive to downtown Sonoma.

The WineFarm was fantastic and the host and her husband so accommodating. Location-wise, WineFarm is incredibly close to wineries like Schug and Anaba, Fremont Diner, and just minutes from downtown Sonoma. It is a perfect place to pitch a tent among the vines and play with the farm animals - sheep, chickens, and a Great Pyrenees pup, Sally. We were able to utilize their fridge to store our cheeses and wines and grill to heat up our night's meal. The sunset over the farm was spectacular.

Gorgeous little farm tucked in the middle of a Sonoma Valley vineyard. Cindy and David were very nice and full of knowledge of the local wineries and restaurants. There are several wineries really close by (we Lyfted/walked to a few). We were able to set up camp basically anywhere on their property (we chose a spot in the far corner of the vineyard).
There is a small outhouse in their yard with a toilet and sink. It was fully stocked with TP, paper towels, and soap. They also have cute chickens running around their yard, and a pen of sheep. All super friendly and adorable.
We didn't spend a ton of time at the farm since we were busy wine tasting and dining in Sonoma Square, but I'd definitely recommend staying here for a unique and fun experience!

Wonderful experience! We camped on Cindy's farm for a couple of nights with a group of kids and adults. The farm is in a great location, very close to Sonoma. Beautiful views of the vines and hills from the campsites and lots of fun activities for the kids - tree house, balls, toy vehicles and lots of farm animals to interact with. Highly recommended.

WineFarm was awesome. If you've never camped in a vineyard... this is your spot. Cindy, the host, was extremely welcoming and took great care of us. Their Great Pyrenees dog, Sally, is absolutely gorgeous and such a sweetheart! Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a lovely stay. There were three of us adults and a one-year-old who just started to walk. Cindy and David were very hospitable and pretty much let us have free reign of the place. We got to see all the sheep, ducks, chickens, and get to know their sweet farm dog, Sally. We even walked through the lovely wine fields and got to go into their treehouse. The farm is also a part-time preschool so there were lots of toys around for my friend's kid to play with—although, word to the wise, it's not technically baby-proof, so we definitely had to keep an eye on him! Everything we asked for, they were more than willing to help us with—right down to when we had car trouble as we were leaving and David helped us troubleshoot it. The fresh eggs from the chickens in the morning were such a treat, and the location was close to everything we wanted to do—we took a day trip to the Russian River on our second day and it proved to be a nice hour-long drive through the rural area nearby. It's definitely more on the "glamping" side of camping, since we had running water, indoor bathroom, a grill we could use, and a fridge but it was a great first-time camping experience for the baby!

Wow! what a wonderful stay in the vineyards! Cindy and her family were very hospitable and very helpful with setup and recommendations for the area. We definitely recommend going on a bike ride around their place, it's gorgeous!!

We enjoyed our stay at the WineFarn. A gorgeous spot a stone's throw from everything wonderful Napa and Sonoma Counties have to offer. The views were breathtaking. The tree house was a wonderful spot to unwind with wine and a breeze at sunset. A tip for other campers, the Jacuzzi and Cline Wineries both offer complimentary tasting. Highway 12 Winery at the Sonoma Square does as well. Jacuzzi offered $10 gourmet pizza on Sundays for lunch with a glass of wine. Pearls is the place for ecomical and delicious breakfast. Lovely location with hills to the west, and we camped right on the edge of the Chardonnay vineyard, which our friendly and helpful hosts were fine for us to wander in. You'll hear roosters early and vehicles on the road nearby.

WineFarm was our first Hipcamp experience and couldn't have been better! We'll definitely be back for more after our amazing weekend. It's in a GREAT location for both hiking, eating, and drinking in Sonoma/Napa, and our hosts, Cindy and David, were both kind and interesting. We were camping with another group (us: 4 early thirties adults in a camper, them: 2 couples with kids in tents), and everyone got along great and maneuvered the more than ample enough space wonderfully. The views are SPECTACULAR and the animals (sheep, chickens, ducks, a beautiful dog) were an added bonus to being in such a beautiful and fun spot. We would definitely recommend a stay at the Wine Farm to anyone who has done Napa the traditional way and is looking for a fun new angle on it, as well as newcomers to the area!

Had an amazing time at WineFarm. We visited in late February, right as the little lambs were hitting the fresh green grass - it was one of those rare, sunny weekends in the winter. Our little one was able to chase the sheep around and help feed the chickens. Was such an awesome experience for a little city tot and our hosts, the Studdert's, couldn't have been nicer.
