If you don't want to just hike on this property, it is nearby to wonderful hiking trails, Hungry Valley ORV State Park, star gaze with astronomers atop Mt. Pinos, snow shoe and cross-country ski in winter time, tour the wild flowers in spring, including the California State Poppy Reserve, horse back ride, mountain bike, back pack or day pack, wildlife viewing - watch for the California Condors flying overhead! Plan in advance to take special tours of the Tejon Ranch Conservancy 270,000 acres of pristine native and untouched land. https://www.tejonconservancy.o... No smoking. No Pets. Los Padres National Forest is a high burn area and you don't want to be the one to start a forest fire in our beautiful neck of the woods. BBQ available Very quiet nights. Lots of stars. No traffic. As of this moment, we are still under construction for the rooftop patio and outdoor kitchen with gazebo.
