To ensure a smooth start to your stay, we provide a complimentary starter kit (Toilet paper, Paper towels, Dish soap, and Trash bags). For larger groups or extended stays, we recommend bringing additional supplies to suit your needs.
Strict Fire Safety (Zero Tolerance)
NO OPEN FIRES ARE ALLOWED. Due to high forest fire risk and City Ordinance, outdoor fire pits or open flames are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate forfeiture of your security deposit and reporting to local authorities.
Big Bear City Ordinances (Strictly Enforced)
To ensure a peaceful stay for you and our neighbors, the City of Big Bear Lake requires adherence to the following:
Quiet Hours: The Hot Tub must not be used between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Parking: All vehicles must be parked on the flat driveway only. No street parking is permitted.
Sound: No amplified music or loud noise is permitted outdoors at any time.
Responsibility: Guests are liable for any fines or fees resulting from noise complaints or ordinance violations.
