It's perfect for camping under stars, filming your next project, dirt biking or Off-Road Dune Buggies for thrills and adventure, or solitude activities such as hiking, yoga, or spiritual retreats. The possibilities are endless! There are so many different shelters on the property and based on the number of people booking I’ll give you access. We have hosted more than 30 Raves on the land and People love it. Location: 5 minutes away from the famous "Kill Bill" church. 15 minutes away from the nearest city 20 minutes from the freeway 25 minutes from the nearest Hospital Note: Camp sites are self-check in, however, please don't hesitate to contact me, as we are always happy to help. Internal tracks/roads for action scenes: no public vehicle permits required for automotive. Accessible Hotels, service stations, restaurants, hospitals and support near. Space for Private parking for 1000 cars and trucks. Excellent cell phone signal. There is also a Filming Bus 🚌 it can be used for filming or camping 🏕️, it works as an excellent shelter 100 times better than a tent. The bus 🚌 is a permanent structure after it was vandalized and everything was stolen including the old beat up tires and half life batteries. It has 7 security cameras 🎥 that I’m trying to figure out how to use them, they will definitely give you the look you need, if you know how to get them working properly go ahead and use them and I’ll give you a discount for fixing them, there is also an air conditioner that will also give you the look 👀 Please 🙏 clean the bus 🚌 well if you are going to use it The use of the land and the old trailer is free with the bus 🚌 booking There is also the new dome structure covered with tarp ( Do it tent 🏕️?
