Located in Northern California near the headwaters of both the Russian and Eel Rivers, our mountain top campsite includes expansive views of Redwood Valley, Ridgewood Summit, and the Mendocino National Forrest. Lake Mendocino is only 20 minutes away where guests can enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, and boating. Mendocino county is home to several award winning wineries and dining experiences featuring farm-to-table dishes, local vintages, and brews. The Coastal Redwoods and Pacific Ocean beaches are only 60 to 90 minutes drive through the worlds oldest and tallest trees (feels like Jurassic Park without the dinosaurs). The campsite features running potable water, a propane grill, a private outdoor hot shower, and standard but clean port-a-potty.
