Site 1) Along the Vineyard - 40' pull-through site with hookups. Site 2) Among the Trees - a furnished RV experience. Site 3) Airstream Oasis - a furnished RV experience. Walk the fields, go fishing or birdwatching, visit the Clarksburg wineries or explore the historic towns of Locke and Walnut Grove. A public boat ramp just one mile away makes it easy to launch your boat for waterskiing or fishing.

Site 1 -- Along the Vineyard -- is on a stretch of lawn overlooking a field of grapes flanked to the west by a sloping levee dotted with sycamores and oaks. There is ample additional parking. A composting toilet and cold-water sink are a few steps away. Pic nic table provided. Tent camping is acceptable. All units must be self-contained.

Site 2 - Among The Trees

RV/tent site · Sleeps 4 · Vehicles under 40 ft
Tucked in among the oak and bay trees, this protected spot has views across the vineyard. A modern RV with Queen Size bed, walk in shower, full kitchen and convertible dinette (full size bed). There is ample additional parking for up to two vehicles, and overflow parking for boats, jet skis, etc. Situated right next to a pull through spot with hookups, if you are family camping and need extra space (additional rate). Pic nic table and grill on location, as well as chicken coop with accessible nesting boxes. A composting toilet and outdoor cold-water sink are nearby.

Site 3 - Airstream Oasis

Site 3 - Airstream Oasis -- a furnished RV experience. This 22-foot classic airstream offers all the modern amenities with a rural twist! Tucked into a fruit orchard and adjacent to a working vineyard, the Classic Airstream at Seymour Ranch Vineyard is situated across a sweep of lawn and garden from the family's original 100 year old farm house. The trailer has a full/queen size bed, a seating area for dining, as well as a galley kitchen with stove top, microwave, and fridge with a mini freezer. Basic dishes, cutlery, cookware, coffee and tea support your stay. A private bathroom includes a full shower, toilet, and sink. Toiletry supplies are included.

Site 1 - Along The Vineyard
Peace and Quiet is exactly what you will find here!! Lovely time enjoying the birds, bunnies, owls & an enchanting garden full of beautiful blooms. Walking distance to fishing at Hogback Island. A perfect place to nap under the Oak Trees. So much history here, it was interesting to learn about the property. Love the old barn. Thank you Kate for the fresh eggs, they were delicious. We will definitely be back!!

What a great spot! Easy to get to from the Bay area and close to the water. Kurt - the onsite contact was super friendly and helpful. Nice layout right on the side of the vineyard. Pull through site with easy hookup - we will be back
