This was a beautiful, serene and peaceful place to stay. The hosts were wonderful! There was homemade jams and eggs waiting for us when we pulled in, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves! we walked our dogs around the 5 acre property and had a great time! Would definitely reccomend!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Heather's cute place. Heather takes a lot of care to make you feel special upon arrival and her homemade jam is delish! The spot was very well maintained, safe and quiet with the well-lit covering. We have a 26’ Jayco Jay Feather travel trailer, with one slide. With the slide extended, we're about 9 feet, 6 inches wide and we were a tight fit, when considering the awning and AC condensation runoff valves that stick-out from our roof. We had plenty of room length-wise! We work from the road and used TMobile Unlimited (Away), which was blazing fast. Heather was also very helpful with suggestions. We ended-up having a wonderful dinner at Union Inn & Pub, where they allow dogs on their cute outdoor patio, and then the following morning, we spent some time hiking at Lake Tabeaud, where our dog could enjoy the water, too. The short, private drive off of HWY 88 to the property is very narrow, but we were lucky enough to not encounter another driver. The only bummer was that the grassy hill was covered in little, painful burrs that ended-up all over our dog, our pants and shoes, so we simply had to avoid all of the grassy areas and trails. But overall, a wonderful place to stay that we highly recommend.

This was by far the best hosting experience I’ve had! The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The location was perfect—just a short distance from Black Chasm Cave, which made it an ideal spot for our one-night getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

A Perfect Rest-Stop Between Trips

This private, quiet, peaceful place is perfect for relaxing. The covered RV site and outdoor table area make it accessible during high heat, rain or cold. The strung lights can be on or off. Perfect for my leash-trained cat to have some space to explore while also respecting the privacy of other onsite VRBO guests. Heather and Marco were welcoming and very responsive. Electric and water hook-ups, and complimentary homemade fruit jam, and extras to purchase. I would stay again! Gas and market closest at Pine Grove.

Beautiful space, views, and community. Hosts were kind, helpful, and responsive. The happy hen eggs and homemade strawberry jam are a must add on. Don't pass up this tranquil space in the gold country if you want to relax in this area! This will not be the last time we book here.

What a wonderful stay we had. Beautiful, peaceful and such sweet hospitality.
The little touches were soooo nice!
From the picnic table with the floral centerpiece to strung lights that beautifully lit up the space at night. We LOVED our stay. Don't forget to add fresh eggs and strawberry jam to your cart!

Very nicely designed site! Deer, rabbits and chickens added to the atmosphere! Hosts were very accommodating-we got fresh eggs and jam to purchase making for a down breakfast!

Heather and Marco have put so much thought and effort into this beautiful spot. Fully covered with power, water and gray waste hookups! They could not have been kinder or more welcoming. We loved the cute town of Jackson, loads of shops and restaurants. If you are a wine lover you have MANY winery options nearby. We ran the beautiful trail along the river and hit up the amazing Blue Door Bakery for a morning bun. We will definitely be back, do yourselves a favor and check out this place!

We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer! From our welcome to our stay everything was above and beyond. I loved all the little touches from the personally typed note to how responsive they were-- everything made for a pleasant stay. Not to mention how beautiful the area is.

Communication with Heather was seemless. We had truck issues enroute, and Heather was accomodating to our late arrival. Jackson is charming and well situated between Tahoe and Yosemite. A quick ride down the hill from the property and you can find all your essentials (including a CVS, Walmart, and Cost Less Food Company (a local hidden gem that carries local meats for grilling). Heather and Marco are welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. When my powercord did not reach the outlet (I have a 28 foot rig, that we parked just infront of the awning), Marco ran out and grabbed me an extension. Fresh organic strawberry preserves were waiting apon arrival (she even threw in doggie poop bags knowing I was brining my two beagles). You can purchase farm fresh eggs from their chickens, which are colorful and taste like butter. I ordered extra. WiFi is available. I was able to able to run 1 AC using the 30amp converter I had. Grey water dump onsight. No blackwater dump. The picnic table, patio lights, and exterior areas are well kept and clean. Pack out all trash. The water is an advanced filteration system, some of the best water I've tasted in awhile. The property has a walking path I'd take the dogs for their morning walk on, and the walk down Sugarloaf is charming (don't miss the "mine display" at the top of the hill). If you're a family or looking for a more personal experience over the packed RV parks in the area, you'll keep Heather's place on your radar as a hidden gem to book in advance, I've already rebooked for later in the month.

My wife and I stayed here with our two dogs on our very first trip with our camper, and we are so happy we did! Heather and Marcos were the perfect hosts, dropping off fresh eggs and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. The campsite is beautifully done, with all the amenities perfectly placed, and even for our first time we had no trouble maneuvering our R-Pod 177 into the covered spot. We ended up doing a lot of relaxing at the property, at the picnic table with its incredible view and patio string lights, and walking the dogs around the property.
For how close their property is to restaurants and stores, it feels so peaceful (no road noise, no other campers).
Heather and Marcos, thank you so much for letting us enjoy your incredible property and for sharing all your camper knowledge with us (indispensable!), we can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing stay! The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this spot is. It’s nice and quiet and a perfect tuck in for my camper. The structure is great- out of the sun and an area with a picnic table and twinkly lights to eat dinner under. Marco was incredibly helpful, from providing me with power adapters to recommendations in the area. Heather welcomed me with fresh, delicious strawberry jam and was so sweet! They have eggs for purchase- fresh from the property. They even offered to fill my tires before I left- just above and beyond what is expected and they genuinely care! Communication was super quick and the accommodations were excellent, power, water, etc had no issues. I ended up extending my stay from 2 to 5 days!
They have chickens on the property but to be honest, I didn’t hear them until I took a walk over nearby their area. Jackson, Sutter Creek, and the surrounding little towns were very historic and cute to walk through. Lots of antique shops, wine tasting, and more nearby.
I highly recommend this stay! You won’t be disappointed.
