I loved camping on Anna's land! It was so peaceful and the view of the river was beautiful from our site. We enjoyed cooling off in the Tule River. The animals were adorable. Restroom and showers were very clean. I would definitely recommend camping at Peaceful Camp. I would absolutely camp there again!

I can’t describe the peacefulness and beauty I discovered there. At every bridge and every path I was swept away with calmness even the geese and frogs and birds of all kinds seemed at peace. If you can imagine the sounds of a river rolling on by just steps away from your tent or a peaceful lake steps away showing off Lilly pads with bright yellow and deep pinks flowers ..the swimming hole there’s just so much there to take in ..it’s amazing 🙏

Absolutely pleasant location, we loved to BBQ for lunch and swim in the lake. Will definitely be back :) Felt like a disney set lol, really beautiful geese and lilly pads, we petted the goats and went for a hike.

The host in the camp site is super enthusiastic! Not only did I had a great camping experience, but also made some good friends there.
I enjoyed the beautiful view in the ranch with my dog, and highly recommended everyone visiting the peaceful camp.
P.s. just a remind that it’s necessary to have chain visiting sequoia national forest and national park.

A special place for those who want to get away without being in complete wilderness. This is a property with a venue on site. Anna’s property was beautiful, very clean, and very well taken care of. The people managing the property were friendly, they made me feel like family! They even brought us food!! There was a wedding at the venue and it was of no disturbance to me, my wife and dog. The noise made us feel safer during the night.
A must try are the small Cabins!! They look perfect for a romantic getaway!!! I will be trying them out next time. Public hiking trails are minutes away in car.
Overall it was very peaceful and convenient location. The owners chose a perfect name for the site.

Stayed here for the weekend for a little away from the city.
What an amazing experience. We did glamping in one of the tiny homes on site. There are also full (clean) restrooms with showers as well.
Hamlet and his crew are so hospitable.
This trip ended up being so much more than what we could’ve imagined.
Would definitely recommend and come back again :)

I loved the way Hamlet took care of me. He was super hospitable. He invited us to have breakfast and dinner and didn’t even charge us for that. I would definitely recommend this place to every one. Also the peace and quiet to get at this place is amazing. An escape from routine life.

My boyfriend and I tent camped here while visiting Sequoia National Park and we loved it! The grounds were beautiful, the staff was very friendly, there were nice bathrooms with showers available, and the staff even invited us to join their team BBQ both nights we were there (which we weren’t expecting at all). With traffic, it’s about 2 hours into the park, but it was worth it! We felt like we were glamping on a little slice of paradise.

We were in a bit of a pickle and booked this spot last minute and we are so glad we did! Definitely beautiful and peaceful! Even with the events they have there, you can barely hear anything unless you’re trying. Walking around the property is absolutely beautiful and we fit in a lot of leisurely laps around the race track with our dog.

Although no one answered the phone when I called and had to wait for a bit for someone to check me in, eventually a gentleman showed up who was very friendly and helpful and showed me to my camping site

Really nice place! The kitchen and showers are great, and the grounds are conveniently located just before the winding roads that lead up to Sequoia's hikes, and is close to restaurants and gas.
Don't plan on an early bedtime as wedding receptions can last until 11pm, which means loud music and people leaving in their cars/trucks. Lots of Geese inhabit the area, so you'll want to make sure you don't track anything into your tent after walking around outside.

This was a great place to stay. Absolutely beautiful to walk around and enjoy the landscape. We were met by the hosts who were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Its a wedding venue and an old race track so the place is filled with beautiful flowers and a pond and several bridges. It felt private yet easy to access amenities and staff was around if we needed anything.

The Bathrooms were large and very clean and well stocked. The men’s room had 2 toilet stalls, 2 urinals and 2 showers and 2 sinks. However it was a bit of a distance from our camp. Just be prepared to walk and don’t wait until the last minute to use!
The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The actual campground was minimal, basically a cleared spot to park and pitch a tent. There was a picnic bench. No water tap close by, and no garbage can. Was adequate for our one night stay.

Great place to pitch a tent. Host was very helpful. Bathroom and shower beyond what I would expect. Be sure to ask about the sprinklers.

One of the best surprises of the trip with my girlfriend. The place is amazing, very quiet, surrounded by nature and incredible sky at night. The host Anna is super friendly and was very helpful when we arrived late of the night. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking something on the way to Sequoia, Yosemite or just for a place to rest and enjoy!

We got off to a rough start checking in- we waited (as instructed) in the heat for almost an hour for someone to check us in. But we had our pick of sites, so that was nice. The facility is a mix of wedding venue on one end and a few campsites on the other end with a bathroom/shower facility in the middle. While it seemed positively luxurious to have flush toilets and showers available while camping, it is about a 500 foot walk from the campsites, so don't wait till the last minute to head over there. While we were there the bathrooms seemed to be in near-constant use by the onsite camp host and/or his family. It was weird. There are large flood/stadium lights on the grounds, one right near the campsites, which stayed on till varying hours of the evening/night. Each of the three nights we were there, they were on past 10pm so our children, who were in bed by that hour, were not able to see the night sky and stars without light interference from them. The pond is not for swimming use, but it is very pretty, as are the grounds in general. The swimming hole was low and still due to a dry winter and spring, so it was swimmable but mucky. This hole would be fantastic during a wet year! The sites themselves were about as clean as federal campsites- bottle caps and broken glass, but we cleaned it up before we pitched camp so no injuries came of it. Some workers came and emptied the trash barrels halfway through the weekend, which was nice. The two sites above the swimming hole were level enough and big enough for two 10x10' tents. I don't recall if there were BBQ/fire pits, but there wasn't burning allowed during our stay so it didn't matter. There is no running water at the campsites, so plan on packing all that in. A run to town for water/ice/whatever is only 5 min away, though. Over the three nights we were there, we were alone one night, then only with two other groups the next nights. In that sense it was very private. Road noise was okay, despite being right next to Balch Rd. We did have music playing on nights 1 and 2, but it was over early enough that it was a non-issue. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay and if the swimming hole had a fighting chance in a wet winter/spring we would return.

Our stay at Peaceful camp was indeed peaceful. We had a very calm and relaxing weekend of cooking, eating, and going on walks. The grounds are very beautifully kept and clean. Romi and Anna were very accommodating and easy to contact. The only little drawback was that due to the drought the river level was low. But everything else was perfect. Our campground was right next to our parents’ cozy cabin and the bathrooms were clean.

We love the place, I went with my husband, 3 y/o daughter and our dog. Camp ground was pretty private, safe for kids and fur babies to walk and roam around. We didn’t get to go to the pool but we will definitely be back. The ranch holds events like wedding, memorial etc so it is beautifully landscaped and quiet. Staff are super friendly and informative for places to go out hiking and do other activities. They just started opening the ranch for camping so not a lot of site to book and choose from. So if you see an availability, book it ASAP! Currently only one cabin and that gets book pretty fast. They are building more though. The site we stayed is a little close to the road so you can still hear vehicles pass by at night, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Main bathroom to potty and shower is in the middle of ranch, it is very clean. Pictures doesn’t do justice so go see for yourself. Highly recommend specially if you have little kids.
