The bus is a superbly apportioned accommodation set in some of the most picturesque landscape in California. It is very private and quiet. If you're lucky, you can listen to the gentle cows that live in the valley sing to each other in the ocean of morning fog.

We had an amazing stay at the school bus and would absolutely stay again. You can really tell how much care and work has gone into converting the bus.
We had no problems at all. The tiny but mighty wood stove kept us warm even though the night time temperatures dropped into the 30s. It was easy to cook with the stove top and oven and we had plenty of room in the pantry and fridge. The bed and couch were both comfortable and there were lots of spare blankets.
We didn't use the hot water, shower, or mini split but they were all there for us if we wanted them. As noted in the description, there was no wifi but we had very strong cell signal. Plenty of outlets for charging cell phones as needed off of the solar power. We loved the lighting choices (nice soft, warm lighting plus good task lighting where needed).
The land was awe inspiring and beautiful. The location of the school bus is super private while still offering jaw dropping views. We did some hiking and found even more impressive views across the creek and up the ridge. The wildflowers were exploding.
Danielle was very easy to communicate with and the intro videos are really well done, helpful, and informative. On our hike, we met one neighbor and dog who were very friendly and, while there is some minimal car traffic that passed by on the road near where the bus is parked, everyone respected our privacy and we got some friendly waves.

We had a great stay at on the bus! Easy to find with the provided directions and had everything we needed. The land is stunning and peaceful. Bed was comfy. Would stay there again!

Cool slice of an amazing property. The bus site tumbles down a grassy hill to the creek. Bus interior is well maintained and comfy. Amazing outhouse view. I had a great time.

I loved the Bus. It was good experience having a RV life.
We were saved by the AC they had in the bus. It was very hot day when we arrived. Instructional video that Danielle sent to us beforehand was very useful as well.

We loved staying in Danielle’s bus!! It was incredibly comfortable with breathtaking views and the perfect amount of solitude. We hope to visit again next time we are in the area.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this bus bnb. The location was beautiful; it felt like we had our own little valley tucked away on a remote ranch. There were cows roaming around and the sunset was gorgeous. Even though it ended up raining one night the cute little indoor fireplace/stove kept us warm and cozy.
This being a converted bus there were some quirks but overall it was well decorated and had almost everything we needed for a quiet weekend retreat. We cooked breakfast and dinner on the propane stove and even was able to take a hot shower. There's a compost toilet aboard the bus but we opted for the outhouse as it had an unobstructed secluded view. The only hiccup we had was running out of water on the 3rd day right before checkout which could have been avoided.
If you're looking for a quiet and unique weekend getaway we highly recommend the Queen of Peace!
