Not exactly what we expected but it has potential. Not very private. We had neighbors ask us why we were there. The falls are beautiful but not easily accessible/safe if you have smaller kids. Blackberry bushes are cool but very invasive in the property. I think the owners have big plans for the property. It definitely has potential. Owners were very nice and responded almost immediately during our stay, but never responded to my feedback after our stay, it’s like they disappeared. It’s also way too hot in the summertime. The spot we “camped” in was a turn out on the road and because it’s a dirt road, and people travel up and down it, everything we own was covered in dust and dirt. Tough spot for our camper and our little one. I wish we would have been able to read more reviews before staying here.

Definitely a great little campsite with amazing stargazing! It was fun to wander the little bit of property around and try to fish a bit. We were excited to sleep without our rainfly on our tent, but quickly learned that our dog was creeped out by noises in the dark woods🤦🏻♀️ There's a little store right up the street, too, which was super convenient! Cody's doing great things with the place. Definitely reccomend if you're in the area!

The simplest, easiest camping trip ever! Cody is easy to get a hold of, answers all questions you have. If you like simple camping, this is the spot. Brought our tent, some food, and swim shorts. That’s all we needed. Walk to the waterfalls, look at the amazing views of stars and have a good time. We will be back very soon!!

Staying on the property was an overall amazing experience! We had a cool tucked away camping spot nestled in the forest that was very private. The following day Cody (the owner) showed us around the property which is covered in berries and had a couple short hikes to the waterfalls located literally right next door. I came to climb Shasta but he gave me some stops before and after to the huge must see waterfalls and he even joined us for a couple. 10 out of 10 experience. Definitely will stay here again and recommend it to others.

The property was just as described and depicted in the listing. What an amazing property! The waterfalls and swimming holes were more than I could have hoped for. Also the surrounding area has so much to offer in the way of natural beauty...and more waterfalls! Cody and Megan were very accommodating and super nice. They are just getting their property going for campers and we had the privilege of being their first guests! They have BIG plans for the future of the property and I look forward to visiting again in the future. For now, it is very enjoyable and amazing just the way it is.
