Just fantastic. Everything you need (air conditioning, shower, coffee, fridge, etc) is in the trailer, and you haven't lived until you've watched the milky way from the hot tub. Plus, very convenient to Joshua Tree for hikes and adventures! Katie was a super accommodating host, we'd love to stay here again.

Easy to find, charming, and cozy. Katie is very responsive and welcoming. The dogs are friendly, and the pool was an added bonus

Cute trailer and even cuter animals! Very clean, cozy camper (bed was super comfy) and the pool was amazing after a hot day.
The animals were the best part! Goats are so friendly and the dogs hung out with us around the trailer.
I will say the shower is very tiny so be mindful of that, but everything was lovely and we had a great stay. Katie was also very friendly and showed us around.

I absolutely loved staying at this mini homestead. Katie was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. This was in the perfect location for spending time in Joshua Tree Natl. Park. Close to town, stores, and restaurants as well. I loved meeting the hose, goats, and dogs. The pool was nice and relaxing after a log day in the sun. I would definitely book again when in the area.

Katie’s camper is SO cozy and sweet, perfect for my trip to joshua tree. Loved watching the beautiful sunrise out the camper window and petting all of the loving animals: dogs, goats and horses.

My stay at Katie’s camper was great - easy to find, beautiful location, clean and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with Katie and check in. The hot tub was a huge bonus after a long day of driving and hiking. The camper is clean and comfortable.

Katie's land is so beautiful. Lovely joshua trees and other native plants in the yard. My friend & I loved meeting all the animals, the dogs, horses, goats, and pony (but especially the snuggly goat who loved pets). The hot tub was such a special luxury after our long hike. Ifound the bed very comfy and supportive, and there were extra blankets provided which was nice! The little space heater did a great job keeping the place warm. Katie was a very kind and helpful host. She brought us more coffee within minutes when we let her know we were low one morning, and answered all of my super detailed questions with patience!
The trailer is indeed vintage, so it's got a little wear and tear here and there, but overall I feel like this was an amazing deal for a comfy bed, cozy space, luxurious hot tub, proximity to great hikes, and lots of cute animal friends!

Katie was a wonderful host and the campervan was a great place to stay during our visit to Joshua Tree. We loved the cozy and simple setup of the campervan, the opportunity to meet Kate's dogs, horses, and goats, and the proximity to Joshua Tree National Park!

This is such a special place! The setting is stunning and the pool and hot tub, a real treat. The trailer is a perfectly designed small space - cozy with a comfortable bed for 2 and great views. We’ll be sure to recommend this spot to any friends heading toward Joshua Tree!

Me and my fiancé loved this location. The camper was perfect for our type of traveling; the bed was super comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and everything was very clean. This place is pretty retro, but if you’re okay with that then its wonderful. The hot tub was also a god send at the end of our day. Super nice host and absolutely beautiful pets. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Such a cute little vintage trailer! Definitely a little older but has been spruced up and has everything you need! Great sunrise views, comfy bed and all the kitchen things for easy cooking. The hot tub was amazing and so was the star gazing. Great access to the town and national park too!

We had such a great time staying in Katie's camper! It was so cozy and the heater did the job for the cool evening we had. The bed was really comfortable and we were able to cook breakfast and make coffee easily. We spent the night in their hot tub on their beautiful patio stargazing and even cold plunged in their pool. The land was very peaceful and relaxing. I hope we can visit again!

The place is just right with everything you will want to spend a cold desert night comfortably. I highly recommend it. The access to hot tub was cherry on top.
Katie is an amazing, responsive host. She met me as soon as I arrived (later than my original ETA) to show me where the hot tub was. Really appreciate it.

The trailer is great! It was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The shower is miniature, but hot water is plentiful, so who's complaining? I loved the reclaimed wood accents mixed in with the original furnishings.
The mattress was comfortable and I didn't even turn on the heat or air conditioning. All of the extra accoutrements like a fridge, kettle, toaster, and coffee were also lovely and made this a truly effortless experience.
The best part? Falling asleep watching the numerous desert stars and waking up to the sunset (or not if you close the curtains).
