Nice spot in Lincoln. Spent the following morning in downtown Lincoln for breakfast and window shopping--very cute. Had campsite #2 that wasn't really flat (felt like we were sliding downhill all night) so maybe try #1 or #3. Loved the donkey!

Great, private spot. Hosts were friendly and super helpful, but then gave us plenty of privacy. Local lake was ok, local brewery/wineries greatly surpassed our expectation. Would highly recommend a visit if you're considering it.

I really enjoyed camping here. It was really quiet. The farm animals are friendly. My dogs loved them! The owners invited us to the campfire at night and it was really great. I loved the story behind how they met and their vision for what they do. So awesome and peaceful. I will definitely return!

My brother and I stayed here and it was just the best! We had a huge camping space to ourselves. Also, all the campers were invited for a nightly campfire where the main house was. We had the best time. We played music, ate S'mores, and talked around a big campfire. The hosts could not have been kinder and more welcoming. They also have farm animals and dogs roaming around the property which were fun to play with. 5 stars!

Great site especially if you love animals. The resident mule and horse will trot right up to you seeking pets or carrots. The campsites are about a 2-5 minute walk up a little mound from where you park your car. It's really not a trek at all. The sawdust toilet was a first for me, but in my opinion it was nicer than a pit toilet. Tammi even provides you with toilet paper and soap and water. It was really great to be surrounded my all sorts of different farm animals. You could hear everything from geese and turkey's to horses and dogs. Be warned the roasters are prompt. If you are a light sleeper you might want to bring ear buds.
The cons to the site are that is was hard to find a leveled patch of land to pitch the tent and the field was COVERED in spiny thistle. Not a place to walk around with bare legs or feet.
Even with that said we would come back. It was a perfect place for us to have our dog and let her roam free.

We loved camping at Tammi's farm. The setting was wonderful and we had two great nights sleeping out under the stars with the donkey, horse and sheep wandering around us.
There are only a few sites on the property and they are all very well spread out. It is definitely nice to have a lot of space around the sites and not be able to hear other campers nearby. We were there with another family and ended up setting up camp near each other around one of the picnic tables Tammi has provided.
The toilet setup sounds unusual (it is a dry cedar toilet), but it was very clean and comfortable, and did not smell even in 100 degree weather. Tammi also runs a small farm which she let us tour with the kids (chickens, geese, vegie patch etc) and we took some vegies and eggs home which were delicious. The only improvement we suggested was to help those travelling with a lot of gear up to the site. Should not be an issue for most anyway.
Highly recommended. We will be back

We had such a great time at Regenerative Farm Life! Tammi was such a great host. The farm is serene and peaceful. The donkey and horse were very friendly! Our dog had a wonderful time as well! The site is very close to Camp West Lake which is a beautiful reservoir! The campsite is on the top of the hill in the Pasteur and there is a great view of the surrounding farms. We will definitely be going back to this hip camp site!

Wow - what a gem! RFL is tucked away in the rollings hills of Lincoln in a pocket that shares a panoramic view of the area. Tammi was such great host and took the time to give me an extensive tour of her beautiful farm. The farm animals were very friendly and never bothered me during my stay. For those skeptical about camping on farms with free roaming animals, don't be worried as they move to a different area of the very spacious land at night. I never even heard a peep. It's a beautiful rural area with a couple of wineries and breweries close by as well as the town not too far away. It's an excellent getaway from the city life to get back and connect to nature.
