22' Tipi at Wishing Well Mini Ranch
Kim thought of every detail with the tipi. I didnt need to bring a thing except food. The animals were so friendly and his property is beautiful. Perfect distance to the local beaches but secluded enough to feel like you can escape and relax.

Great experience and better place then i expected. I looked through the reviews and pictures prior to booking but i still did not expect what we got. The place was perfect. It was so calming and private. My kids were able to visit the animals when the wanted which they loved. Everything was perfect.!!! For my first hip camp experience, it was great.

Are stay at the teepee was absolutely amazing. Kim our host was very hospitable and was available if we had any questions. This was our second stay on this property our first being in a 1962 airstream. Once I saw the teepee I knew I had to bring my grandson. We loved the interaction with all the animals. My daughter is already planning their next family trip.

The experience of staying in the TP was definitely something I would recommend to someone. The hosts were very accommodating and I would have stayed longer but the TP was only available one night.

Such an amazing experience! The teepee was clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful and even let the kids feed the animals. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is a wonderland!! So many animals, fruit trees, breathtaking tipi, mini waterfall- our whole family was blown away. Kim went out of his way to answer endless questions from my kids about the animals and the property. Sitting on the deck with a cup of tea, watching my kids interact with the surrounds was the highlight. Tipi could not have been more welcoming and cost.

Kim was a great host! very friendly and was very nice to show us around. My 4 yr old had an amazing time at the farm. And Kim the host was very nice to let our son milk a goat, feed the chickens, feed the horses, use a trampoline, and more. My son was in cloud 9!
The tipi was decorated so beautiful, they had music playing that made you relax, very clean inside the tipi, bathroom were clean. I can go on and on, Over all I recommend this place!! We couldn’t ask for anything different, everything was PERFECT.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s. Kim was a very attentive host. We had a power shortage one morning and he was able to come right away to fix it. He even gave us a tour of his farm! We would definitely come back if we have the chance.

Dwelling and experiencing life in a Tipi made even the everyday things like cooking dinner and putting a puzzle together, special and memorable.
Kim was a gracious host. Three generation of our family stayed over, including my 8 moos. Old granddaughter! Such a peaceful and happy visit! We will be returning!

The TIPI was decorated incredibly well. You could really feel the care and consideration they had for their guests. We took our three year old toddlers and they absolutely loved the animals and fire pit. The hosts were super friendly and even let the boys feed the goats carrots. Would definitely recommend to friends or family.

My husband and i went on a mini getaway, and our expectations were greatly exceeded. We had an amazing time, and Kim, our hostess was super helpful. The attention to detail was apparent in everything. We would love to visit again.

Had an amazing time staying here! Sleeping in a tipi at the Wishing Well Mini Ranch was one to the most amazing, unique, and peaceful experiences I have ever had. Kim was a super awesome host that made sure to give us a tour of his amazing mini ranch and introduce us to all the animals when we arrived.
The tipi itself was decorated beautifully by Kim's wife Kiva and definitely had a cozy relaxing atmosphere. We had a fully stocked kitchen in the tipi with a mini-fridge, coffee maker, hot water maker, and fresh running water from a well that was drilled right on the property! The outdoor shower was perfect for a warm morning shower with no shortage of hot water.
The animals at the ranch are definitely some of the friendliest I have ever seen. The goats and pigs all come up to you for pets and if you are lucky, Sherbet the miniature pig will roll over to ask for a tummy rub.
We had a great time here and will definitely try to come back to stay in the tipi again!

My wife and two kids(5 and 3) were beyond impressed with this site. The teepee was set up with great care and had a refrigerator, sink, deck, lights that change color, 3 nice beds(that can run into couches), an amazon echo and more. The host (Kim) was very friendly and showed us around(and let the kids feed the animals/brush a horse!). The teepee overlooked the animals area and my kids were out with them most of the time. The animals were friendly and funny/sweet little characters. There was also a trampoline and a beautiful pond waterfall. We truly loved it!

If you are looking for a gorgeous, super comfortble, magical experience...you must come to this ranch!
The tipi has everything you need to be immensley comfortable, and it is absolutley beautiful inside. We are a family of four, with a 7 yr old and a 4 yr old, and everyone of us were in absolute heaven.
Then it gets even better!... Outisde the tipi is the ranch with such sweet and special animals, each with thier own cute personalities. We made friends with miniature ponies, goats, a pig, a mini pig, a llama, and chickens. All super friendly and there for you to snuggle with :) My children were on cloud nine, spending every moment with the animals.
The hosts were super awesome, incredibly helpful and such sweet people. We were given a tour of the area, so many fruit trees and berry bushes! Kim picked us a pluot that we munched on as we walked along the beautiful property.
I could go on and on about what a special time we had. Highly recommended!!!
