Creekside Casita
We had a great stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Nice extra touches like flowers, snacks and cold drinks.

Very cute space! We had 4 people there and it didn't feel small at all! The hosts are very gracious and polite. Constantly offering help and messaging to make sure we are all ok. I will definitely be back!

Creekside Casita was such a lovely stay. We were so sad to leave!
Everything about the place felt super comfortable and homely, and we had no trouble settling in. It’s very private and quiet, and it has a nice backyard area to look up at the night sky or get some fresh air in the morning. My favorite part of the stay was the full kitchen, which was equipped with everything we needed to cook a nice dinner.
Kait and Charlie were such wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kait and Charlie’s Casita. It was a treat to watch hawks, herons, squirrels, birds and owls as they did their thing…like the nature channel, live. The Casita had everything we needed — coffee, extra blankets, and even snacks. It was an easy 5 min drive into Morro Bay. What a treat to be just outside of the fog so we could get warmed up before we went down to the coast, too!

The energy and true care that clearly went into this casita is clear upon first stepping in to the space and it continued through our stay. The creek, quiet evenings, and wildlife were wonderful and the airy, cozy home was exactly what we hoped for. The fridge was a bit leaky but manageable and kept things cold and there was a pretty intense verbal altercation between two people who lived there just 1 out of our 5 afternoons (far enough away from the casita that we could give them space and have our own), but we are all human! I imagine anywhere you stay with other people has potential for disagreement and they were nothing but incredibly kind and accommodating with us. We still highly recommend it and will go back. We are highly satisfied!

Nice place, well kept, and peaceful. Had the amenities needed and was close to town but you wouldn't know it by the feel of the location. Would for sure stay again. Thanks!

The Creekside casita was great overall. Location is perfect. 15 mins from Morro Bay, close enough to the coast that it’s not too hot but inland enough that you’re not blanketed in fog. The casita itself is small but has everything you need. The small private backyard behind the casita has a nice view and is a relaxing place to enjoy a sunny afternoon.
One other highlight is the extremely friendly dogs on the property. We were sad to say goodbye.

We loved this little ranch casita for our home base on a weekend away to SLO county coast. The bed is very comfortable, the water gets hot and has great pressure. The decor is a perfect cheerful boho vibe. Fully stocked, clean, quiet & I could port my cellphone to my computer to take some work video calls. I hope to be back soon.

It was so peaceful here and the cottage was perfect. I wish I hadn’t wanted to do so many activities while I was there because it would have been nice to stay around there and relax more! Highly recommend!!

Creekside Casita
Sweet little house with just enough amenities for our needs. Lovely area, and convenient to Morro Bay. A perfect place for friends in the Bay Area and LA to meet up in the middle.

Had a fantastic time at Creekside Casita! The cozy bungalow had everything you could want. A short drive from the main road and towards your left. you’ll reach the Casita. The area was full of beautiful birds, there’s also a super cool bird feeder on the window inside the Casita. Inside you’ll be greeted with small yummy snacks courtesy of Charles. The Casita had adequate cooking equipment, it even had a coffee maker (with fresh coffee). The interior of the Casita is just right, with a nice colors. The place is spacious enough for a small group of friends (4-5 ppl). Loved how close it was to Morro Bay rock, less than 2 miles! Would definitely recommend you add this place to your must visit Hipcamps list. Ps: don’t forget to sign the guest book.

Cute spot in a good location for visiting SLO and Morro Bay. Narrow dirt road was easily accessible by a Camry, no worries there.
Only complaints are some dead bugs by the window, bad wifi, and a flickering bedroom light. All easy fixes so doesn't bother me much. The wifi was expected and mentioned in the ad so I didn't sweat it.
A nice change of pace form a hotel. Would come back if im in the area.

The Casita is the coziest, cutest bungalow-truly the surf shack of your dreams. It had just about anything you would need and the bed was SO comfortable. The decor is super cute and you can tell they have put a lot of thought and love into the place. We loved that it was so close to town but still out of the way and felt private. The owners were helpful and kind but gave us plenty of space. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and the avocado trees all around were so pretty. Keep your eyes peeled for the huge owl that was hanging out in the trees out back and definitely say hi to the super adorable dog that lives on the farm. She is not only adorable but incredibly sweet. 10/10 stay and it will be the first place I check for availability anytime I stay in the area. Cannot recommend highly enough!

This casita is an absolute gem. It’s quiet and peaceful, and decorated so chic. I loved my stay, and Kait was a wonderful host! I loved everything about this place, including Laylo, the cutest dog, who I played fetch with when he popped by. The bed is comfy, and it’s convenient to town. The Creekside Casita at Hunter Moon Ranch is SO cute and cozy! The sunlight-filled bungalow is the perfect place to relax after exploring Morro Bay. The ranch is only a couple minutes from the beach, but it still feels like it's out in the country. We loved exploring the acres of property: we walked through the avocado orchard, listened to the sounds of the creek mixed in with bird song and owls, and watched the monarch butterflies that were hanging out in the eucalyptus trees! The bungalow also has its own fenced-in backyard with a view of the trees and a spot to sit and drink your morning coffee. We could even see Morro Rock and the stacks from the driveway! We are so glad we could visit Charles' lovely place.

We had a wonderful three night stay. Convenient to Hearst Castle and Morro Bay but also perfect for quiet evening card games. We will definitely rebook next time we are in the area.
