12 ft travel trailer · With kids · My family, including 4 year old, all loved staying here! We wanted a couple of nights close to Santa Barbara for Memorial Day weekend, and this was a great stay. We pulled up to the campsite in our 4x4 Jeep and all terrain teardrop trailer. Lower cars may have a hard time getting through some of the roads, and bigger RVs would have to park in the nearby horse arena. The area was very overgrown, and outdoor furniture in bad shape, but we brought our own camp chairs and folding tables and it was fine. We didn't do a fire, but the fire pit was pretty cool. Really couldn't beat being by the pond with fountain, hanging with the ducks, walking by the avocado orchards, and greeting the horses. The bathroom in the horse trailer was well maintained and nice to have. The outdoor shower offering looked a bit cold and no privacy, so we skipped that. I would also recommend bringing lots of bug spray during warmer months because of that pond. Overall, we'd definitely like to come back. Easy, convenient, and fun!
