Amazing spot! Such accessible backpacking in a beautiful area. The place was so clean, and cozy. Would highly recommend and hope to return. Beautiful redwood hikes nearby and great sunset/sunrise viewing. Kitchen was great with anything you could need!

Amazing Audrey Etna Home!
It takes less than two miles to backpack into this lovely, clean, and well stocked house. Such a pleasant stay and would absolutely return! This is a little gem of a cabin.

What a lovely cabin to stay for a couple of nights! The setting is gorgeous and the hike in is a nice way to start the trip. The cabin itself is extremely well-stocked with more than enough cutlery and cooking equipment. We were especially thankful for the small collection of toys that helped entertain our twin toddlers!

Audrey Edna Cabin at Alpine Ranch
Want a completely private cabin on the edge of an almost private forest, overlooking rolling hills of more and more forest, and a peak at the Pacific? Want a cabin that comfortably sleeps 4 adults, or up to 5 kids with 2 adults? Want a cabin with heat/AC, fully appointed kitchen, lots of light, high ceilings, spotlessly clean, loads of seating in a spacious living room, views for miles, no other civilization within view? The Audrey Edna Cabin is it. In a way I don't want to review it because I want it for me and all my friends, but it can't be a secret. POST manages it with expertise, and I highly recommend the organization as well as this cabin. About 45 minutes from 280 on a very windy Alpine Road.
