We loved our camping experience on Aaron’s farm. There’s so much space and a bunch of nice clean outhouses. Conveniently close walk to the Pender Island “downtown” area. Had the most relaxing time.

The entire experience was exactly what I needed. Peaceful, beautiful, intriguing, creative, friendly host, a loo, potable water, close to "town" and also central for all my exploring by bike/foot on this incredible island. I will definitely be back.

Great spot to stay in the heart of Pender. We spent 2 nights and loved the location and quietness. Magic for a dog to run around and take in the bird song and nature. Aaron is a great host and very kind and great for a chat ! We will come back for sure.

This was a great stay, large open field with picnic tables at sites. We really loved the lowkey chill vibes of this campground!! Aaron was also really responsive with any questions we had(:

The location is great, very central and close to shops. The campsites are clearly marked and have good distance from eachother, though some are less private. The outhouses were clean.
There is however a lack of transparency about the farm and events that may be taking place. The farm occasionally hosts Comedy Nights; a paid event with a DJ, food trucks, and beer garden that bring in large crowds. There was no mention of this in the ad, or from the host after booking, and wasn't disclosed to us until a couple of hours before our check in (well past the 24 hour cancellation policy). If we knew this was taking place we would have booked elsewhere
The show began at 8pm and finished at 10pm, and according to the host everyone would be gone by 10:15. By 8pm the campsite felt like a parking lot, our site was completed blocked in and we couldn't leave if we wanted to. There were folks hanging out by our site smoking, and it was very noisy. We managed to sleep through most of it, but we woke up at 12:30am to hear the music still bumping, and the event didn't fully wrap up until almost 1:30am.
This site was advertised as a quiet farm stay, and this was not it. There was no transparency from the host prior about this event or an apology afterwards. This could be a great stay on a weeknight, but be cautious of potential weekend events.

Nice spot and great location. We enjoyed biking to the driftwood centre. Description is accurate in that there is just a basic pit toilet, so bring your own water! worked well for our truck camper.

Just over for a quick night and booked a stay here last minute; it was great! Nice place to tent or park a camper and explore the island with nature and a dark sky right there.

We loved our time at Ohana! Aaron made clear, easy directions for us morning of arrival. The spot and grounds were very well kept. Beautiful- nice and secluded, but very close to cafes, grocery and amenities. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much :)

The access road is quite rough and accompanied by abandoned looking campers and vehicles. Site 4 is right next to water with cattails and biting bugs, with no shade. Some of the other sites had trees, however.
After parking half an hour in midafternoon hot sun, I decided to stay elsewhere.

This was a good central spot to camp in. The site was nice soft grass with lovely trees around. It’s got all the basic necessities of camping. No frills to be sure, but it’s private, quiet, and I had a lovely stay.

Wonderful camp site. Quiet, well spaced camp sites. Deer, dragonflies and bullfrogs galore. Central location walkable to Copper Otter, grocery store, books store etc.

it's a great location. Central and beautiful. It would have been nice to have someone available to help us with check in. Show us where the water was. It would have been nice if someone cleaned the outhouses and picked up the garbage.

**Peaceful stay with a great host**
We had a great experience at Ohana Farms. The setting was serene and beautiful — quiet and peaceful even with a few other campers around. Aaron, the host, was quick to respond to our emails and text messages. He was incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt welcome from the start.
The access road is a little tight if you’re towing (we brought a 23' trailer), but it was doable with a little care. Once you’re in, it’s worth it. The location is also super convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the main market area and some good restaurants.
All in all, a calm, laid-back spot with a helpful host and easy access to town. We'd definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay here. The road to get to site is unpaved, windy and quite narrow. We took is slow in a 2WD Sprinter van and were fine. Once you get to the campground it's beautiful. Lots and lots of space and green grass as the surface. There were many other campground guests there, yet it felt quite spaceous. We will be happy to stay here again.

Aaron's directions were clear and it was easy to find my way into the camping area. Nice grassy field with enough space between sites that I felt a good sense of privacy. Enough outhouses so never a wait and as clean as it gets for an outhouse. Cool location with the old runway and airplane hangers. Overall a good no frills option if you need somewhere central to camp.
