Unique setting at over 1100 ft overlooking the Ozark National Forest and the Logan Cave Wildlife Refuge with an amazing view of the Twin Mountains. Set on 20 acres surrounded by farmland and forest you find lots of room to roam, as well as farm animals including donkeys, cows, and soon to be horses. There is also an amazing saltwater pool available during warm months. Also available for long term rentals please message for details/ pricing.

Several tent sites located around the property, and two RV sites one with 30 amp (site 1 ), one with 50 amp (site 2). Both have fresh, clean, spring/ well water. Dump station available on site. Pool available for use in warm months. There’s also spots available for dry camping/ boon docking (sites 3-5). Located just northeast of Siloam Springs in the Logan area, it will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are 15-30 minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer (but in a remote, private setting).

Open to longer term deals also! We have two RV/ camper sites one with 30 amp (site 1 ), one with 30 or 50 amp plus sewer (site 2). Both have fresh, clean, spring/ well water. Dump station available on site. Pool available for use in warm months. There’s also spots available for dry camping/ boon docking (sites 3-5). I stayed at Varnadoe Ranch in my RV and couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and relaxing experience. The setting is quiet and scenic—perfect for disconnecting and enjoying some solitude. The host was welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, which I really appreciated as a solo traveler. The only thing to note is that the road in is a bit rough for about a mile, so just take it slow if you’re in a larger rig. Once you’re there, it’s totally worth it. Plenty of space, beautiful sunsets, and a calm, open atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m passing through!

What a lovely family and property. Very welcoming. Every one of them had so much history for the area, including Bentonville. Great trail ideas for biking and hiking. Wow, just a great time spent here. I would love to come back.

Overall a great experience! Easy to find, good directions and a very quiet site with nice views! Loved having the animals on-site and an opportunity to feed the donkeys!

We had a very quiet and peaceful stay here. Todd was very helpful when our GPS led us to a locked gate. I messaged Todd and he responded immediately giving us directions and where to park. We stayed in Site 1 where there was a water hookup and 30 Amp electrical hookup. This is at a residence on a gravel road off the beaten path. However, our Promaster camper van had no issues managing the drive in. Would recommend this location if you're in the area.

Great host, beautiful location. We highly enjoyed our time and would gladly stay again next time we head that way. We were in town to Mountain bike the famous Bentonville trails. They are everywhere and very accessible. Beautiful views of the Ozarks and cute donkeys as neighbors. We easily pulled our 40ft rig in and had plenty of space to setup and let our dogs out on very long leads. Power and water easily accessible with dump available on the property.
