In the historic village of Saint Paul, Arkansas, this site is located along highway 23/16. The National Forest and the White River are nearby. While in town, the site is near the library and minor shopping. Local Ahart's beer wine & groceries are great attractions. The Ozark National Forest is an easy walk - only a half mile away. Incredible year round hiking. Even closer is the White River which has great fly fishing and maybe even catch a sighting of river otters.

In the city limits of old logging town of Saint Paul, Arkansas. Arrive by car, camper or motorcycle to this site on the lower section of the property. Easy access to the highway running through town. Set in a grassy yard with water and electric available. Leashed pets welcome. White River and Ozark National Forest in walking distance. Mulberry Mountain and Buffalo National River within 25 miles.

Site 2, the Pawpaw Camp, is on the north (higher side) of the property and farther away from Highway 16, offering a little more privacy than the Pear Camp. It is easily accessed by a circle drive to allow parking without a lot of backing up. The camp has all hookups right at the back of the parking spot--30 amp electric, rural water and septic hookup. We do not have trash pickup service at this time so guests are encouraged to haul out all trash when they leave.

A private spot right in the middle of anything you could possible want to see. Quiet small town with a river running right behind it.

Pawpaw Camp
Host lives next door and is most accommodating. There are 2 level and easily accessible sites on the same property (one with full hookups) so it a great opportunity for 2 RVs campers traveling together. Excellent Verizon coverage. St Paul is a sleepy town with deep historical roots in the Arkansas Ozarks, located on 2 state highways and surrounded on 3 sides by national forest.

Easy and Beautiful!

Pawpaw Camp
Found PawPaw camp last minute after part of our eclipse plans fell through. Stephen’s PawPaw Camp at Ozark Base Camp was extremely easy to find and we had plenty of space to pull our RV and car trailer around. Stephen greeted us on arrival and helped point us to some amazing county roads to take our Baja Bug on a little drive. We wish we could have stayed longer! After our quick night here we had the prettiest scenic drive down the mountains to Russellville for the eclipse. I would totally recommend this place to camp to anyone needing a place to stay out this way!
