Beautiful property and great hosts. You’re close to town but feel like your in your own wooded oasis. Would recommend!

It’s a gate with a code and a field where you can camp wherever you want. My wife and I stayed two nights in a 3 day mountain bike trip. We found creeks to get in for our showers and jumped in a couple lakes. The one port a potty was clean enough. Most of the other campers were polite and nice. One group that stayed on the platforms was loud and obnoxious, seemingly on purpose. The grass could have been better mowed, but it didn’t bother us at all.
I’m pointing out things that could bother less rugged campers. We had a great trip, and slept well. We will probably stay there next trip. If you aren’t expecting much, this place is perfect.

Private, lots of shade trees, the platforms are nice but not necessary. Could have been mowed better/shorter. Would stay again. Location is decent for MTB access.

This site is going to be great. Very rustic right now! We were the only ones there during our stay and we had plenty of time to explore the grounds. Our dog had so much fun running around! If we are ever passing through again we’d love to come back and see how the grounds have turned out. We had a great time.

Such a cool experience hanging out around the fire pit inside the cave! It feels surprisingly secluded for how accessible it is from downtown Bentonville and the hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, but this is not a site for everyone. Because of the overgrown field and the location of the platforms, the site was really buggy. We had a nice stay though. Carrying in water was no big deal and it was convenient to have access to a port-a-John. The platform was really comfortable and a nice size- large enough for our 4-person tent, cooler, 3 camp chairs, and a few random packs and such. The fireflies are a site to see!!! Just stunning! We didn’t meet a host in person but all communications leading up to our stay were friendly, personable, and helpful.

Hole in the Wall is a convenient 15 minute drive from Bentonville proper. The Back 40 Loop trailhead is roughly 5-10 minutes drive away and the Slaughter Pen area is about 15 or so minutes.
The site itself is very clean, including one very clean porta-potty. The natural cave is a cool (literally) little shared hideaway. There is plenty of flat space to park. I had no problem leveling my Dodge Promaster for the perfect night's sleep.
I did get to meet the host and their work crew on my second day. They were all super friendly and the host was very helpful with directions and recommendations. There is so much to see and do in this area I plan to return regularly and will gladly make Hole in the Wall my basecamp for future adventures!

super cool and private spot right off the road but felt secluded. Modular campsites and mobil fire rings made it so you can pick out the perfect spot on the property without any issues. Would definitely come back at any time.

Good in general basic tent camping. NOT AN RV PARK!! Great. Downside. You can here traffic from road not terrible but not remote. I did not use platform as it was wooded and in a low wet area. Much happier to just be in the grass on high ground. I always go on high ground and in open in hopes to avoid bugs. I will be back. Fly's became nuisance as it had rained. In dry season I bet it’s best. great to do biking excursions drove off to other parks to get road biking in Rogers.
Very happy.
Hope they pull weeds and grow a lawn but it’s RV free.

The platform tent was great for our dinners since we slept in our van. It’s nestled in trees but the full moon lit our whole area.. No one else was camping there so clearly private. Host was really helpful and directions are clear. It’s a great location about 15 min from Bentonville and 10 from nearest service. Definitely would recommend.

The Hole in the Wall is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a getaway in Bella Vista. Whether it's the trails, lakes, or anything else that gets you to the area, it's a hidden gem. And the cave is such a cool place to hang out!

My group of 3 had a great time camping on a Friday night. We were able to fit a 3 person tent and a 2 person tent on a platform and there was room for maybe 1 more 2 person if we squeezed. Enjoyed the large sized fire rings. Only improvement I would suggest would be that any future platforms be spaced a bit further apart. We felt like we were bothering our neighbors who went to bed a bit earlier though they didn't say anything to us.

Brought my girls, 13 and 10, to the party at the cave event. I saw the event on FB and decided to book a platform site. We had so much fun! And the hosts were awesome! Got there a day before the event and they were just super friendly and helpful. The cave party the next night was great! The location is perfect if you are gonna be in the area for bike riding as well. Close to all the trails and fun stuff bentonville has to offer. It’s perfect for convenient camping close to town, but far enough away.

This place is truly a hidden jem. Very convenient location compared to most decent camping spots in NWA. The raised tent platforms are a great ammenity, and the cave is spectacular. Definitely going back soon.

This was such an awesome, convenient location. You definitely feel secluded even though you’re only 10 minutes from town. The hosts were great and had an awesome little welcome package - such a thoughtful touch. The portapotties were clean and convenient. And the cave was SO COOL. Such a cool vibe and we will definitely be back!
