41 acres of Heavily Forested Land. Rejuvenating and serene. Rest peaceful and quiet at night, spend time hiking, watching the birds from the tree house deck or community porch OR head out for the numerous adventures and fun nearby during the day and return evenings for a tranquil rest. Though we have room for many more campsites, we limit to only 5 rustic campsites, 1 Glamping Clear Dome Tent and 1 cozy Tree house on Fox Pass Ridge plus 2 primitive camping sites on the North Ridge. On site bird listening and watching opportunities with over 80 species identified to date including some rarely seen breeds. Easy Trails for hiking provide opportunities for mild exercise as well as nature, flora and wildlife viewing. Family oriented activities such as horseshoes, corn hole, rope swing, community fire ring w free fire wood provided (bring your marshmallows). Adjacent dirt, public access and forest service roads are available for off highway motorsports while it's still stays pretty quiet on location at Fox Pass. Great launch site for tourists wanting to visit Mt. Magazine State Park, Mulberry River Adventures, Mt. Nebo State Park, Jack Creek Rec Area, Blue Mountain Reservoir Paris, AR. and more. It's also a Great launch site for hwy motorcycle enthusiast who will love the scenic curvy, low traffic highways in the area such as the Pig Trail Hwy to Eureka Springs, The Hwy 10 and 7 run to Hot Springs and the famous Hwy 7 run from I 40 north through Jasper to Harrison. All incredibly beautiful paved roads to ride. Fox Pass is conveniently located half way between Hot Springs, AR and Eureka Springs, AR, both popular tourist spots w Hot Baths, Local Arts, Shopping, Fine Dining and more in the 'Springs' towns. Locally there are restaurants, fast food and groceries in nearby Paris, AR or Booneville, AR. Also only 4 miles from 'The Barn at Meadowbrook' venue.

Into the West Side Trees Site #3

Space to spread out. This site will comfortably accommodate 2-6 campers. If you prefer a little more privacy this site is at the far end of the ridge. Site 3 is quite sunny and is the most remote camp spot. This means it is the farthest one from the Bath house, fire ring and community games and play area. It is surrounded by forest. Early to Bed? and Early Risers may prefer this spot. There is only room for one vehicle to park on the ridge per site however if 2 or more vehicles are necessary for your group, there are options to park additional vehicles elsewhere on the property during your visit. Each vehicle with your party can unload at the site and then will be directed where to park. Site has a cleared, raised, raked and leveled dirt pad. Clean Drinking Water in 1 gallon dispenser is provided (and can be refilled). Recommend no more than 5 Adults to stay at camping site 3. Picnic Table at each campsite. Bath House on Fox Pass Ridge has indoor functional toilets and Urinal now. Shower is installed but not hooked to hot water yet. Sink and shower are usable with room temperature water at this time. One of Two Larger Sites. There is room for one or two tents. Options to be under the Oak Trees and/or out in the open. This is our best site for campers who like to sleep in hammocks. The way the trees are positioned at this site can set up 3-4 hammocks and/or comfortably accommodate 2 tents and up to - 6 adult campers. Site 4 is nestled back into and under the oak trees. This site has a cleared, raised, raked and leveled dirt pad. Clean Drinking Water in 1 gal. bottle is available at no extra charge Picnic Table at each campsite. Bath House on Fox Pass Ridge has indoor functional toilets and Hot Water Shower and sink. Community Areas include: Main Porch, Bath house. Nightly Fire Ring (weather and fire bans permitting). Glass Pumpkin Tent Site #6

Always wanted to sleep comfortably under the stars and moon, but don't like being directly exposed to rain or bugs? This Clear Plastic Tent gives a 360* view including the Ceiling - for watching the Heavens. While not 100% air tight or bug proof, the Clear Dome goes a long ways to providing comfort and protection; similar as a regular tent but you have uninterrupted Forest Views. Includes a Queen Air Mattress on a Raised Bed Frame for your comfort. Site 6 is nestled into the forest trees. This site has a cleared, raised, raked and leveled dirt pad. The DOME is 12' across and comes furnished with a Queen* Sized Air Mattress located on a 14" raised metal bed frame, straw mat flooring. Clean Drinking Water in 1 gallon dispenser is available at no extra cost (and can be refilled). Recommend no more than 2 Adults to stay at camping site 6. Picnic Table at each campsite. Bath House on Fox Pass Ridge has indoor functional toilets and urinal now. Hot Water Shower and Sink are now available. Unlimited space really, but this site will comfortably accommodate 2-4 campers. Site 1 is nestled into the forest trees. Option to set up your tent back next to trees or out on the open ridge. Primitive Wild Forest Camp

Unlimited space., ACRES of Forest. Adults and older children only. There are only trees, rocks and wild animals on the north ridge. Primitive Camping on the North Ridge - you choose where to set up - nothing is groomed. We mow the center of the ridge a couple of times a year so walking is easier. You will need a 4W drive truck or jeep if you wish to drive to the North Ridge. Alternately, you can park at Fox Pass Ridge and hike to N. Ridge. It will only take you a few minutes. Camping cook stove allowed, no open campfires except at the fire ring on Fox Pass. Please check out a free fire extinguisher if you plan to cook on a stove while visiting. Clean Drinking Water is available at Fox Pass Ridge. There are no amenities* actually located on the North Ridge. Bath House on Fox Pass Ridge has indoor functional toilets. Shower and sink have hot water. Portable Other Amenities* Community Areas include: Bath house. Nightly Fire Ring (weather and fire bans permitting). Rope Swing, Horse Shoe Pit, Corn Hole Game. All are located on Fox Pass Ridge and at the same level ground as camp sites and tree house. Electricity to charge your devices is available at bathhouse and at the community porch area. One of Two Larger Sites. There is room for one or two tents. Options to be under the Trees and/or out in the open. This site will comfortably accommodate 2 tents and up to - 6 adult campers + children. Site 5 is nestled against oak, cedar and pine trees. Our Lone Pine in the middle of Fox Pass Ridge shades this space in the afternoon while cedars and oaks to your east provide shade in the mornings. Nice site for sleeping in? This site has a cleared, raised, raked and leveled dirt pad. Clean Drinking Water in 1 gallon bottle is provided (and can be refilled). Recommend no more than 6 Adults + kids to stay at camp site 5. Picnic Table at each campsite. Bath House on Fox Pass Ridge has indoor functional toilets and hot water shower. Community Areas include: Main Porch, Bath house. Sunny and Forested Site #2

Lots of space, but this site will comfortably accommodate 2-4 campers. Easy trail directly north, downhill into the forest from this site. Easy hike down to the creek bed. Site 2 is in our sunniest camping spot but also surrounded by forest. Early Risers may prefer this site. Site has a cleared, raised, raked and leveled dirt pad. Clean Drinking Water in 1 gallon dispenser is available. Recommend no more than 4 Adults to stay at camping site 2. Picnic Table at each campsite. Bath House on Fox Pass Ridge has indoor functional toilets and hot water sink and shower. Community Areas include: Main Porch, Bath house. Nightly Fire Ring (weather and fire bans permitting). Tree House Site is easily accessible to all via walking bridge from the crest of Fox Pass Ridge very slight downhill/uphill walk. Cozy 200 interior square ft. includes full size bed, seating and fully electric air conditioning/heating unit, mini-fridge, microwave and full size coffee pot. Dishes, silverware, coffee, filters, sugar, creamer provided. Large Picture Window offers view of tree tops, birds, squirrels and wildlife walking by. Full Size Bed accommodates 2 adults; room on floor for 1-2 children. Additional adults will need to sleep outdoors, in a hammock, tent or vehicle. Deck Space on Main Level. Lighted Play Area underneath tree house includes Hammock Chairs for adults and children with a Forest View. Clean Drinking Water in 5 gallon dispenser is provided which can also be used for washing up in the portable sink, used out on the deck. Private, Relaxing Deck Space. Bath House with toilets, hot water shower and sink is only a short level walk away. Recommend no more than 2 Adults to stay in Tree House + 1 - 2 children is good. If more family or friends wish to Glamp and Camp together tree house rental includes a tent space near the end of the bridge at no extra charge. Picnic Table under the tree house; Propane Grill upon request. We set up a Hammock in the woods or under tree house - your choice. no extra charge when these things are returned undamaged. Replacement Cost may be charged if damaged. Under the tree house play area: Table and Chairs, Adult size Hammock Chairs (250 lb limit) - Child Swing Hammock chairs (75 lb. limit). Children's Rope Climbing Net coming soon. Community Areas include: Bath House, Nightly Fire Ring (weather and fire bans permitting). Rope Swing, Horse Shoe Pit, Corn Hole Game. Small Child's Play House is being built. Bath House is finished except for trim work. It includes two sides with toilets, urinal, hot water shower and sink. Peaceful treehouse retreat

Tree House-Cozy & Comfy

Fox Pass Retreat is just that- a retreat! It's located in a quiet area between/20 minutes away from Paris and Booneville, which are big enough to have all the amenities. It's a pretty area with lots of nature to watch for. I stayed in their treehouse for the weekend. The hosts, Jasmine and Roger, graciously extended my stay on the front end when they had a cancellation. They have put a lot of thought into this getaway, with artistic touches, including Jasmine's stained glass creations, areas for kids to play, and a map of the hiking trails on their land. Jasmine and Roger were very kind and accessible, eager to chat or leave me to myself. They're the kind of folks you'd want to keep in touch with.

Perfect and peaceful

Tree House-Cozy & Comfy

This treehouse stay way the PERFECT getaway! We drove from OKC to hike Mount Magazine and chose this as our resting place. We were not disappointed. Jasmine and Roger were as cordial as can be and the treehouse was comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend!

We had such a lovely time camping here! Jasmine and Roger are excellent hosts - very kind and friendly. The area was peaceful and the sky is amazing at night. There were also so many amenities, I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy them all more!

Neet,clean ,peaceful, very comfortable and the hosts were great. Very close to magazine mountian state park and all it has to offer. Town is close for your needs. The treehouse is nice and comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone that loves the outdoors.
