Our hosts were great communicators throughout the booking process, and welcoming upon our arrival. Top notch hosts all the way. I highly recommend this vacation/work stop-over, just blocks from exceptional, low-key restaurants and the downtown area!

Wonderful spot, exactly as described, centrally, located easy to find and get to. Wonderful and kind couple who owned the house, Boris and Shimryye. Both extremely helpful and willing to provide local recommendations and assist as needed. 10 stars! ⭐️🌟

Boris was very attentive to our stay. He told me ahead of time that I would need to back up my trailor. I appreciate his thoughthfulness because if I wasn't with my husband, it would have been a problem. He also checked with us after our arrival to make sure that we didnt need anything. Thank you!

The space is small but doable in a Sprinter van and worth it for being close to downtown.
Boris was responsive to a parking situation and made sure I had a safe place to stay.
I recommend this site if you're in Phoenix.

Great spot to access what’s happening in downtown phoenix. We went to Chase field for a ballgame. The parking area is tight front-to-back, but adequate for our 20’ rig. And it has shade in the afternoon which is a bonus in phoenix! The host, Boris, was friendly and accomodating.

I felt so lucky to stay here for my week in Phoenix. I was traveling through Arizona and needed a space to stay while getting my laptop fixed. I learned how cool Phoenix is and loved how close everything was to this little backyard site. Boris and his wife were super friendly and helpful and I liked walking my dog around the neighborhood. Close by things I recommend in PHX: pay what you want night at the art museum, the fried green tomato sandwich at Welcome Diner, Dialog for coffee and a neat place to work, Hance dog park and Enrique at Mac Repair Phoenix downtown. Also, I stayed in a Nucamp 320 Travel Trailer and used Boris’ electric (with an adapter) and water. Boris also shared his WiFi and my trailer’s WiFi had strong signal (Verizon, starlink, ATT).

Exactly as advertised. Boris introduced himself shortly after I arrived and showed me all I needed to know. Super nice guy. Quiet area close to downtown. I felt very safe.

Boris met us at night with a flashlight to guide us to his place. Nice level spot. Centrally located. It was just what we needed. Easy access from the freeway. He was a good host.

Was in the area and was looking for a short night in town to finish errands. Cozy little, quiet spot with the occasional airplane overhead. Other than that it was nice and quiet. Hosts were friendly and got me situated. My van is a little tall so had to do a little dodging of the branches from a neighbor's tree.

Boris was a spectacular host! He got me settled in and gave recommendations for local places to check out. The neighborhood is great for walking around day or night. All around perfect experience, and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

Great and easy quiet place with kind welcoming hosts. Easy to plug in and fill water, trash and recycling bins, in a cozy quiet peaceful place close to everything downtown and centrally located in Phoenix. Flat and level and just what I needed. Highly recommended for a stopover when in the area.

Having a safe and quiet spot was just what we needed. For that, I'm grateful! Although, the outdoor chill space was a selling point, and it's no longer set up, so I think the price and pictures should reflect that. I'd still stay there again though, given that Phoenix isn't friendly with overnight parking in the city.

Tucked into a tidy neighborhood in the heart of Phoenix is this secure, friendly place for folks to stay. The access to greater Phoenix from this spot is kind of amazing.
My Tab400 18’ trailer fit just fine, along with my tow rig. Note: If it had been a 22’ trailer, it would not have fit.
Host was very welcoming and being near downtown but in a residential neighborhood made things more comfortable overall. Great spot to explore from during the day, and retreat to at night.
