Victoria is so sweet and helpful! She saved us after a very long day of traveling, even at 9pm she was so accommodating.
The only thing I would point out is the dirt road is pretty bumpy and hard to navigate at night, it's such a remote location that it's a pitch black 3 mile drive to the site, but as soon as you get there you feel safe and welcomed!

What an INCREDIBLE property! My husband and I loved everything about Victoria's land. From the mountain views, cute dogs, and starry nights... we couldn't get enough. Her location is near the south entrance to the Grand Canyon, but still close enough to do day trips to Sedona and other neighboring towns. Our favorite amenity to this Hipcamp is a HOT shower. After a day of travel and hiking around, having an on-demand (private) hot shower was amazing. We can't wait to visit this adorable ranch again!

A fantastic campsite that has all the amenities you want with the seclusion you need. Victoria is a lovely lady and host. She greeted us on arrival and took great care of us during our stay. We stayed at Eagle 1 site and she helped us hook up and settle in comfortably. This was our first Class A RV experience and Victoria's Landing was our first campsite. We told Victoria she's now a part of our journey to becoming true RVers and she's stuck with us. We will be back next year with the rest of the family and have already decided that we will stay here as the start point to our next major step toward a new lifestyle. See you next trip Victoria.

Victoria is a kind and gracious host and steward of the beautiful land she tends and generously shares access to serene surroundings with the created mini campground setting. She was very communicative and accommodating to our fairly last minute reservation for our overnight stay in our RV and came out to meet us and be certain we got all hooked up and settled in. We highly recommend and will definitely stay again if/ when our travels bring us back that way.

What a tranquil and cute spot! Victoria was super helpful as our truck broke down 50 min before arrival- we had a tow truck deliver our rv to the camp and that was a mess because the truck was so big. The driver knocked down something from her garden entrance and Victoria said not to worry 😅. Once settled the stars and milky way appeared, it's drop dead beautiful! We saw a coyote and javalina as well! It's fantastic quiet at night and I cannot recommend it enough.

Lovely spot among the piñon pines with fire supplies and potable water. Easy access to the Grand Canyon and Williams, AZ.
FYI: very friendly Doberman from a neighboring property to the east will frolic with your dog each morning. Prepare for the dust storm.

We absolutely loved staying at Victoria’s quiet northern Arizona oasis near the Grand Canyon. She was not only super accommodating, she was full of very useful information about the area. She’s lived in the area for a long time, knows a lot of people and gives great advise of things to do based on how much time you are staying.
Also our 10 year old wanted to add: Victoria is very kind and very helpful.

Victoria was a wonderful hostess. Unfortunately, for a larger rig, it is a bit challenging to get situated. We did have a tree incident, knocking our door handle off and creating a hole in our trailer. The sewer line is a bit far off, and you do need a longer hose to get there. We tried to get closer, and it was pretty tight. Clearly, too tight, as we damaged our trailer side. Victoria was very gracious about the damage to her tree. We ended up purchasing a longer hose. Site #1 is a really large site, and it is perfect for a family. Victoria has all her sites all set up for camping, and the camp sites are wonderful. Bring bug spray, this is the year of bugs wherever we went, and we ended up getting pretty chewed up. And a little tidbit, please bring extra water. Arizona is struggling with water restrictions, and in this part of Northern Az, water is trucked in to each home. We were very aware that any water we used impacted our host too. The wifi is available, but you must walk to the house to get it. Thank you for hosting us Victoria.

The campsite was perfect! It had everything I needed, like my own fire pit and enough room to spread out. It was on a beautiful piece of land. It was very convenient to get to the Grand Canyon from here, just a 30 minute drive. Plus Victoria was a wonderful host, she came over to introduce herself and we had a great convo!

Loved staying here. The host Victoria was super helpful. The directions were clear. This was our first RV trip and she was able to show us clearly how to hook up the electricity, water and hoses. Such a beautiful camp ground. We felt safe and relaxed. Beautiful sunset, with stars. We enjoyed marshmallows by the camp fire. Great location close to Grand Canyon. Highly recommended. Thank you

What a gem of a campsite!
Our egos say “sssshhhhhh dont tell everyone we want this to ourselves”however our hearts were blessed by staying on this sacred land and if you’re looking at this campsite - book it. You will not be disappointed!
This was a last minute trip for us and we arrived 50 minutes after booking on HipCamp. So the “instant booking” - no problem.
Straightforward directions to find location (no cell phone reception so as the confirmation says - take a screen shot).
Plenty of space.
Fire pit (and lots of firewood available).
Solar Shower.
Camp toilet.
Water tank.
Table and chairs.
The land is magical to experience.
The night skies - wow! We stayed during the full moon and sleeping under the stars was sensational.
Victoria is a welcoming and wonderful host.

I absolutely loved this site and will definitely be back! Very spacious, although we ended up only needing space for two (large) 5 person tents, there was plenty of room for more! The pictures don’t do it justice! The tables are shown in the photos but I was surprised how large and sturdy they were. And the way the other sites are spaced out was great for privacy. Many trees and this group site was open enough that we had a lot of sky to view the stars! And the fire pit was much deeper than a typical fire pit, which gave more peace of mind when there was a little wind (still be mindful of wind though). Wood is provided but I was even impressed that the kindling and tinder were in their own baskets. The shower made me nervous at first, as I’m not knowledgeable about how the heat/power worked. But Victoria showed us and it was great having hot water!
The 2.6 mile road to get to her property was not an issue for a Honda crv and a Prius.
I have Verizon and had service most of that road. It cut out on her property, which is perfect for camping. And she offers wifi close to her home if needed.
I can’t say enough good things about Victoria. She was SO helpful and accommodating, from the first message after I booked and throughout our stay. We were even surprised she let us use a sun shade, after hearing we were bringing our pups! My only disappointment was that we missed her after we packed up and didn’t say thank you/goodbye in person before leaving.

The host is very welcoming and caring. We came super late and she still arrived to great us with complimentary large large flashlight, a tour and answered all of our questions. She applied water and firewood. The environment was very charming and cute.

We had a peaceful stay.. As others have stated there’s a 2.7 mile sand road once you exit the paved road. We’re in a 35’ class A & towing so just drove slow, like you would in a campsite. Takes about 15 mins. The RV site has full hookup - just position your rig close enough to the power outlet for your cable length. Victoria had a bunch of firewood & kindling ready for a fire and there’s a nice set of outdoor furniture. We loved the evening by the fire, the stars, and the absolute silence. Victoria is lovely, and had some great recommendations about our drive to our next destination.

Victoria's spot was great! Close to the Grand Canyon but far away enough to be quiet. Victoria was super helpful, greeted me when I arrived, and explained everything thoroughly.

Victoria was a wonderful host. Her property is in a beautiful setting. Access is on a well maintained dirt road for about 1.5 miles but easily passable. Site #1 has full hookups, chairs, table, fire pit and privacy. Victoria supplies us with firewood and everything we could need for a campfire. Night sky was amazing! We loved our time there and would go back for longer stays!

This place was cool. Off the main road, quiet and simple. A patch of dirt to sleep on. But good fire ring and great work ms blockage from the trees. Recommended if you are planning to hit the Grand Canyon or Williams.

We loved camping on Victoria's land. It was so quiet and peaceful in the middle of nature. The sky at night was incredible. There is a long dirt road to get there but it's worth it. Also it was just under an hour to Grand Canyon and 25 minutes to the lovely small town of Williams.

Free Man Camp is a very good off the path (not too far, but it feels like it) camp experience. Lots of trees and not many people around. Quiet… Michelle and Victoria have done a tremendous amount of work to make the place lovely yet natural. Gardens and flowers with a touch of solar lighting abound the property. They pay attention to the details and are very accommodating. We were also shown their beautiful tiny house which is really nicely built and furnished. It would be a great place to stay if you don’t have an RV or camping equipment for a getaway. Close to Grand Canyon and closer to Williams which are both great places to visit and hang out.

This camp is nestled in the pine trees of northern AZ, very close to the Grand Canyon.
It’s a beautiful private spot. We have a Travel trailer so we did require hookups and all that was available to us, including septic, water and electric. It was very quiet and quite lovely.
There is firewood and fire pit available.
The hosts are very pleasant and provide information in reference to food and places to go at the GC. We would definitely return!
There is no cell phone service or internet, but that didn’t bother us!! Over all a great place to camp.
