This cute little cottage is super cozy and tucked away in a gated area. The interior is really unique, and there’s plenty to do outside. You can hang out by the fire pit, grill, or do some fishing. Don't forget to check out the floating dock—it's the perfect spot for your morning coffee. This tiny has two bedrooms with one queen bed, one single bed, and a single sofa bed. All four tiny houses sit around a one-and-a-half-acre pond. Feel free to explore the area, catch and release fishing. Just keep in mind that the pond is shared with other guests.

Modern and Tiny with all the amenities of home. Enjoy the catch and release pond or sit by fire pit when all the string and solar lights twinkle. It is hard to believe you are only 5 minutes to places to eat and shop. Maximum capacity is 4 total, this includes children and infants The space There is a lighted sign “URBAN PINES” at the gated entrance Other things to note The pond is a shared feature with other guests. A couple of amenities on the pond is the floating dock and the overlook. There is a rope railing around the floating dock. There are hand rails on the overlook. When booking/reserving the tiny houses, guests agree and assume responsibility for entering the two amenities. Enter at your own risk. The tiny house is "limited" to only 4 guests, total! Please do not try to add more adults or children or will result in additional charges. Thanks
