Grand Riviera Resort features top notch amenities : well-maintained clean and level sites, 18' wide concrete pads, full hookups, main clubhouse with oversized pavilion overlooking the pond, three swimming pool, three showers and restroom facilities, two laundry facilities, three pickleball courts, soccer field, playground area, wi/fi, and fenced dog play area. Plus, with our friendly on-site management team, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your RV is in good hands. 1.*Only Class A, B, C, super C, 5th wheels, and travel trailers that are 10 years old or newer and 22' or longer are permitted. ** [xxxxxxxx] RVs older than 10 years unless approved by management. Management reserves the right to deny any RV not in good, clean, presentable condition. No refunds for RVs denied due to condition upon arrival. ALL animals are to be kept on a leash and under the control of their owner when in the resort and you are required to clean up after them. Not your hippie Hipcamp, more like a bougie Basecamp. Perfect location for us splitting time at the beach and with family in Foley. New. Very clean. Quiet. Friendly neighbors.

Gulf Shores RV Pad
We had an amazing stay at this spacious, full-hookup site inside Grand Riviera RV Resort! The site was level and easy to set up on, with plenty of room to spread out. Having access to the resort’s amenities—three pools, pickleball courts, and laundry—was a huge bonus. But the best part? It’s just a short drive to the beautiful Gulf Shores beaches! If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient spot to park your RV near the coast, this is definitely one to check out. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Super resort! Very pet friendly. We were not ready to leave, but the road was calling. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Rivers for your hospitality. We can’t say enough about how great our stay was. Just perfect 👌

We love this place! Everything is well maintained and the grounds are very clean. Three pools and the main pool is heated! 😊 Very friendly and respect people residing in this resort. We hope to make this a yearly destination! Thanks Joshua and Christine, superb hosts!

We have loved our stay here! We arrived just before the historic snow event and yet we experienced nothing but relaxation and good neighbors in the resort! We came from snow and ice and yet the universe decided we needed one more week of winter. Lol! Somehow it worked out beautifully and now we are looking forward to our continued stay this next week! Upon arrival we made some fur friends at the very spacious dog park. This was such an added amenity for our stay! Looking forward to the heated pool this week! The laundry and shower facilities are very nice and clean. The resort feels off the beaten path, yet is very conveniently located to all restaurants and shopping. The Rivers have been great hosts and are very easy to communicate with! Thanks and we look forward to future stays!😊
