Enjoy the desert near Coachella and all that it has to offer. Bring your RV or rough it in a tent ⛺️ BYOT lol. Can ride motorbikes 🏍 4 wheels or whatever your desert heart desires. Close to Palm Desert 🌵 and Indio for supplies. This is pure raw land no water or toilets you must bring or bury your own. Truly a desert destination. Desert 25 acre retreat
Great spot to car camp, easy access from 10W, but entrance from Dillon Road is a bit more difficult. 4x4 strongly recommended but not required.

Desert 25 acre retreat
Although the land seemed to be great, we never found it. The google maps pin that is provided led us to the wrong location. After a long conversation with the hostess, she sent me a zoomed in google map picture of the I-10 and a dirt road turn off. She said, "just drive up and down the I-10 until you find the only dirt road turn off. You might have to do a couple passes to figure it out." Then she sent a scratch paper drawing of her property outlines with grids. The grids didn't even come up in google maps. After we searched google images for this turn-off we found it after 10 minutes and it was almost an hour away. Instead of going through this headache, just camp BLM. It's close by and the exact same land. Cheers

Beautiful views, tough to access
Desert 25 acre retreat
Beautiful views but tough to get to with an unmarked dirt exit off I-10. Parked beneath power lines and lots of utility trucks every day. Gorgeous land though. Recommend 4x4.
