The idea for creating a cabin rental/camping vacation getaway in the Allegheny Mountain Range came to life over several meetings at a Bob Evans restaurant in Columbus, Ohio, between co-owners Paul Liimatta and Joe Boffo. Joe had been accumulating land in the Genoa, West Virginia, area for several years and had dreamed of building cabins, tree houses and uniquely designed vacation rentals and campsites on a beautiful area called Hampton Ridge. The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything was clean, and well put together. The owners really put our feelings and needs above their own. I would recommend this property to anyone that needs some peace and quiet! Our stay was during storms and flooding, but the owners really did their best to make us feel comfortable.

I can’t recommend this special place enough! Daniel has created a gem that is just the right amount of convenience while still feeling connected with nature. My dog and I were so comfortable here and he very much enjoyed having lots of room to run :). We will happily be back!

Weekend Trip to Whippoorwill Cove Glamping Tent
11/10 property, 11/10 host. Everything was perfect. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. Quick drive to hiking locations. Everyone should stay here!!! We will be coming back.
