You will share the property with the owner and activities must be family friendly. The greenhouse is available as a covered common area. Rent the on-site 28' trailer sleeping 4 adults and 2 kids for $150/night or set up a tent/camper van/or 20 foot or smaller RV for $50/night. Camper van and Class C RV friendly with an experienced country driver. The top of the private dirt driveway is steep. Farm fresh milk, eggs, fruit, veggies, to go wood bundles, homemade bread and treats may be available depending on the season. Goat petting may be available depending on the goats' moods. :-) If homesteading interests you, farm tours of multiple different small family homesteads are possible with proper notice.
