We are a new private, gated, and secluded campground located between Harlingen and Brownsville Texas. we operate 16 full hookup RV sites 10 tent sites with amenities and 25 Rustic tent sites. as well as 2 furnished 2bdrm houses. Wifi is available on property. We are eager to host medium size groups (up to 200) who are interested in the whole facility, which includes Indoor pool, bar, Kennel, covered space and indoor warehouse that can be rented separately. No matter if you are an Angler here for the annual tournament, a Space X enthusiast, MC, Clamper or Winter Texan, it doesn't get more friendly that Rancho Los Tres Corrales

Enjoy our Ranch Side RV park with four 40' x 50' campsites, and take in an astonishing view of our beautiful Texas sunrise. If you are inclined to a peaceful country setting, away from the noise and congestion of a large RV park and the  bustle of the city, this is the place for you! When you are ready for the city or the beaches of South Padre Island or perhaps you want to witness Space X launching a Starship, we are less than three miles from Interstate 2 (US Route 83) which will take you there. You will also find at this same interstate junction, the Rio Grand Valley Livestock Show grounds, which host rodeos (since the 1930's), concerts and Fairs.  

We offer monthly rates of $450, and weekly rates of $150. 

Let us let you in on a little secret, we are located at a latitude approximate to North Miami, where you will find very pleasant winter temperatures and no one down here owns a snow shovel! Make us your winter get away, nestled between gently grazing cows on one side and goats on the other, come for a few weeks or lock-in a lot as a regular winter Texan. 

When you come here to Mercedes, Texas, located in the heart of the Rio Grand Valley, you will experience not only the warmth of many sunny days, but you will find, perhaps to your surprise, the warmth and friendliness of the Mexican-American people and culture all amidst, a rural setting, modern health facilities, shopping centers, concert events and various entertainment.

Welcome to RV Rest Stop, where you'll find full 50-amp hookups available for a day, a week, or a month-long stay. Conveniently located with easy access to Highway 2, our site offers proximity to various attractions, including the birding center and Outlet Mall. Plus, we're just 45 minutes from SPI and 15 minutes from the Border crossing at Progress/Las Flores.

Our central location places us 30 minutes from McAllen and 30 minutes from Brownsville, making us an ideal base for exploring the area. Long-term visitors also have access to our clubhouse, adding an extra level of convenience and comfort to your stay.

CD&J Mini Ranch

CD&J Mini Ranch is a 35-acre farm and ranch in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. We became Certified Naturally Grown and started thinking about and implementing ways to treat our land better.  We raise and sell beef, pork, chickens, eggs, and seasonal vegetables.  We are on a lake that normally has a lot of fish, but due to the extreme drought we have experienced, the lake is sometimes dry, but we still have excellent bird watching. It is the first time that our lake has dried up and it is definitely due to our extra hot and dry years.  
We have a quiet place for you to rest and enjoy the sounds of our animals.  Our camping spots are not close together like a regular campground, but you will be able to see and possible hear your neighbors when outside.  We have picnic tables under shade trees and an available flushing toilet with sinks for those in smaller campers. No tents allowed at this time.

We really love what we do here at our mini ranch and hope you will too.

Coming soon**  Experience some off the grid camping and explore the outdoors at Selva. We offer a cabin with gorgeous treeline sunset views or if you’re interested in primitive camping we also have elevated campsites. Fire pits available for outdoor cooking or roasting s’mores. 15 minute drive from South Padre Island off main highway.
