Waterfall camping near Joseph

The small city of Joseph sits in the northeast corner of Oregon, nestled in the foothills of the Wallowa Mountains. This gondola takes you 8,000 feet from the Wallowa Valley to the peak of Mount Howard. It's the steepest tram ride anywhere on the whole continent! Once you hop off, you'll be treated to a breathtaking overlook of the 360,000-acre Eagle Cap Wilderness.
