The Stable at Windmill Ridge Farm

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this unique destination. Come visit our local wineries in a private non-shared stay. We have taken several years to create a rustic barn stay. We converted horse stalls into living space with 100 year old restored fixtures, modern heating, lighting, and insulation. We have kept much of the old wood stalls, and added reclaimed barn wood and roofing to create a vintage experience. We have a full kitchen. The milk house entry has a modern washer/dryer.

The largest stall is the bedroom with a queen bed, restored 1800's armoire, and an equestrian theme.

Full bathroom with a 1921 clawfoot tub/shower combination, high tank toilet, reclaimed and lacquered barn roofing for the walls.

There is a full kitchen, with working vintage 1930's stove and refrigerator. A mobile and lockable center island is stored under the modern microwave. A modern coffee pot and toaster are also supplied.

A 9' live edge counter top with tractor seat stools allows you to eat while watching the living room  40" HDTV.

Our beautiful campground was developed with the idea that you can be close to nature and rough it a little but still have the convenience of hot showers and flush toilets. We are located close to attractions but you will be surrounded by trees and birds and flowers after your busy day having fun.

The Crosspatch

Family owned for 41 years!  The Crosspatch got it's name because it is a triangular piece of land located between Route 242, Route 353  and Baker Road,  the patch between the crossroads!  The Crosspatch has been a working horse ranch in the beautiful Enchanted Mountains of New York for many yearsLearn more about this land:We have two camping areas,  one with a pavilion and outhouses and a creek and one with only walk to (approx one third mile hike private access,  in the woods.)  Both beautiful and private.

It was easy to find shade to get a break from a hot day!

Wild Life Heaven

This is one of the oldest farms in Western New York. Main house was built in 1830. It was an apple orchard and crop farm until 1940's. Now it is 100 acres of wildlife habitat with a creek running through the property and a pond. 17 acres is field. Because we are 2 miles from Irondequoit National Wildlife Refuge, the variety of birds, and other animals is mind bogling.Learn more about this land:Pitch your tent, or stay in the guest house. The feeling of peace is about 1/2 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state. Enjoy yourself but please be respectful of others

Minutes away from Stony Brook Creek, Letchworth State Park, Silver Lake,  Silver Springs MX track , Walmart, Tim Hortons, wiscoy falls, multiple restaurants, and stores. 

Recycling is encouraged, camping is at your own risk and discretion for spot location.

Labrador Lodge

Built as a high end hunting lodge, and has evolved to a great getaway and small wedding site.

A small bass pond less than 100 yards from the cabin that is stocked with plenty of fish provides a great spot for fishing and swimming.


With a fire pit and a very spacious front yard, there is plenty of room for any outdoor activity you plan on doing during your stay. 

The cabin provides a full kitchen for any cooking needs, along with a Keurig coffee machine for a cup of Joe in the morning.  

The patio off the back of the cabin provides a very relaxing spot to unwind with plenty of seating and a fire-pit.
