There is a separate shack with an electrical outlet, toaster oven, electric coffee pot, percolator, a single electric burner for the cooking supplies. There are 3 other rentals on this property. Each cabin has 1 - 1.5 acres of private use and are generously spaced out.The Homestead cabin is bordered by Little Trail Creek and the house pasture. We're in rainbow subdivision. possibly Montana's oldest subdivision. We're on Lower Rainbow Road. In the summer we see some spectacular rainbows, many being double rainbows. Enjoy what this 1-bedroom modern range camp has to offer. Forced air gas heat, Indoor and outdoor kitchen, Two Queen beds, 3/4 bath. Clothes closet and drawers Pantry, Gas range and oven. convection oven and micro wave, Keurig coffee maker. Refrigerator/ freezer, Solo fire pit with Adirondak chairs, hard woods for cooking and softwoods for just gereral hanging around the camp fire, Treager smoker grill and a weber propane grill. If there are more than two people in this camp, it's a small space and you best be the courteous kind. This sheep camp is the real deal. It was made for people who work on the range. Cowboys, sheepherders and such. As such you will need to be a bit western in attitude to fully enjoy it. It is very efficient but a small space. It works fine as a place to stay especially for one or two people. The basic normal things are intuitive. But for using things like the outdoor kitchen, the range oven and awning you may need a quick lesson on how those work. We are happy to teach you. If you want the experience or ambience of using the woodstove then we absolutely require that we instruct you on how to use it first. Using it requires your attention. Before TV and other modern distractions, the fire was the center of our attention and social environment. Giving your stoves fire attention then was easy. It still requires your attention if you choose to use it here. You can't use the wood stove when it's warm out because it would get to hot in the camp. The fire pit is always allowed. This unique property provides guests with Wi-Fi, TV, Stereo an iron and ironing board, It has forced air gas heat for a comfortable stay. After your day of adventure, Take a soak in the hot springs, snuggle up in your nice comfortable bed and that's a very good day.

You can make a full meal from what they offer, but for more variety, shop in Cody, Livingston, or Gardiner before arrival. We keep cooking oil and spice at the house. My little dog and I absolutely loved our stay at Yellowstone Holiday. Our cabin was super cozy with a little heater to keep us warm. During the day, we enjoyed the lakeside walks. I was able to do a load of laundry & take a nice hot shower. The staff were warm, kind, friendly, and helpful, and Penny loved stopping by for treats. I would absolutely stay here again.

This Holiday RV Park is beyond what we expected. The views were spectacular of the lake and mountain ranges. Everything was convenient, showers were clean and maintained. Along with a laundry facility, well stocked store, great timing for our two week round trip to Montana/Yellowstone vacation. The host were beyond professional in terms of customer service, knowledge of Yellowstone. A perfect husband/wife team. We witnessed a joyful spirit from this couple! I was impressed that they made contact twice to let us know to bring bedding, otherwise they can rent a set if necessary. Quiet location. We will be back!

I booked this cabin with a couple of friends for our trip to Yellowstone, as this campground was conveniently located ~20 minutes from both the town of West Yellowstone and the west entrance for Yellowstone NP. The cabins we stayed in were cozy and clean, and included a restroom, mini fridge and small dining area. We also loved that the cabins were situated right by the lake, which we found to be a perfect spot for winding down after spending a long day in the park.

The cabin was beautiful and everything was new and in wonderful condition. Very close to the Northeast Gate of Yellowstone and perfect for us because we love to drive Lamar Valley in the mornings and evenings. Check in instructions were a little vague, but they returned my call promptly to explain what to do if coming in late. Also, the Hipcamp listing said checkout before noon, but when we got there, our paperwork said we would be charged $75 and our possessions removed if we were there after 10:00am. We got up for sunrise in the park and came back for late breakfast and to pack; we were planning on a little later checkout than 10:00 am, but it worked out. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic sunset views, remote enough to see the starry night sky (we happened to be there during the Perseid meteor shower, it was AWESOME!) Also just a few short miles from Earthquake Lake, a must see destination for those who appreciate geologic events and history.

Yellowstone Holiday RV was great! I have never stayed at an RV campground before, and I was surprised and impressed with the staff! They called me to make sure about my linen preferences and even called day of to make sure that we were still arriving. The staff helped us park an extra vehicle at no extra charge and let us use the pier for a few hours after we had checked out. The bathrooms were VERY clean and the cabins are exactly as pictured. Would stay again and recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to rest your head near Yellowstone (15 min drive to the gate!)
