You will pass it, and the private parking, on Dillard Mill Rd on your drive into Pine Valley We may or may not be on the premise during individual rentals. If there are any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out. Other things to note While this space provides most utilities and amenities you'd find at your home, it is important to note it is still a camping-style getaway. We do our best to treat the area, but you will encounter insects. AT&T has limited cell phone reception in the area, Sprint is very spotty, and Verizon is pretty much unavailable for service. We provide the best free wifi available to help with communication back to the real world, but it is rather slow. The best wifi reception is near the General Store/Courtyard. We try and keep the area well maintained. You may see ATVs/tractors on our property and on the gravel road. Pets are welcome for an extra $50 per stay. Please note our dogs may be on the property. They are friendly and well-behaved, although sometimes curious. Other guests may have no-leash pets as well. Park right next to your glamper. Arrive anytime after 4pm, just give us an eta to know when to expect you. If your glamper is not ready upon your arrival, feel free to explore our farm, visit Dillard Mill or head down to the Huzzah while we make it ready for your stay. We have owned the property since the early eighties. We have been a working farm for the last 6 years. We have hosted rrail rides and atv rides for several years and are planning on adding Historically correct Old log cabins as well as a wedding venue in the near furture.Learn more about this land:We are locted between two state parks Mermac and Washington state park. There is ATV and off road trails 2 miles down the road. We have trails throught thw property where you can hike, ride horses or take ATVs. There is lots of wildlife as well as farm animals. We have a waterfalls and streams you can walk in or just sit by and enjoy.

We have 172 acres of trails with scenic waterfalls and trees. A pond for fishing and conveniently located with in 8 miles from sevetal state parks and 2 miles from 300 acers of off road trails. We have owned and lived on tje property since 1999 .Learn more about this land:We are a fully functioning farm with Longhorn cattle, horses, mini donkeys and goats that are very friendly. We have 164 acres that have trails for horseback riding and ATVs. We are located 8 miles from Mermac River and Washington State park where you can rent canoe's and go hiking. We are an hour from St. Louis and Elephant Rock State park as well as Johnston shut ins. We are also with in 8 miles of ROMP dirt bike trail and 1 mile from Moonlight trails and racing that is 400 plus acers of ATV and jeep trails. We have a few waterfalls on the property and lots of areas to hike as well. Several areas of camping to choose from, you can be in the woods or out in the open. Spring and Summer months we offer farm fresh eggs and there is always plenty of firewood. We recently added a pond area as well. We now have Electric and water as well.

We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a great outdoor experience, whether you're planning to ride the trails or just enjoy the natural beauty. It's clear that a lot of care and attention has been put into making this a top-notch destination for both horses and ATVs. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. Be sure you take the Hwy 19 to State Hwy N or else be prepared to do a bit of off roading before you get there.

We had such a wonderful experience at this campsite! The location is peaceful and tucked away, making it feel private and cozy. At night we were able to enjoy a campfire, and the hosts went above and beyond by providing us with fresh eggs (including duck eggs) and firewood. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of helpful suggestions about the area. We also enjoyed fishing in the small pond on the property and taking walks around the grounds. Our dog had the best time running free and exploring the nature around us. Everything about this place made us feel relaxed and connected to the outdoors. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Keith and Benka have “piece of Eden” ! I went on a solo trip looking for some personal me self care time. I asked Keith for some options on hiking and waterfalls. He recommended the best options for me and my personal preferences. The Tipi was over the top beautiful and nestled just right within the woods. Private. Beds are very comfortable and have heaters in them for winter. The accessories for your stay are endless! ! They have remembered everything a traveler may forget. Cute grill that is private and sun room with a fridge to use. Bath house with very modern and clean !! Owls hooting at night reminding Mother Nature works even when sun is down. Morning meditation on my own personal deck! Perfection to start the day with. Benka’s cinnamon coffee was extra special and yummy to the daybreak of peace and quiet of the new day. Keith & Benka are world travelers that have lived and captured their experiences thru out the property with books and photography . They also support Tibetan children that are in exile with a donations collected. This is an exceptional couple with kindness to share for their travelers and people of all cultures! I will most certainly stay again and again! Deep gratitude for my new friends!

Weekend Trip to Undara Studio
This was a super cool experience. We forgot so many little things and, being the amazing hosts they are, Benka and Keith had us covered. We brought along what little camping gear we had, but you can seriously show up dressed for the weather with a little food and a water bottle and you'd be set! They have thought of literally everything. We had such a good time. We even had a little rain overnight and the covers on the hammocks kept us dry, but just in case they even provide goretex sleeping bags. I really admire what these two have built, and I'll be returning in some fashion very soon! Thanks again Keith and Benka!
