Milo Farm was established organically a few years ago. The energy at Milo so amazing we wanted to share! There's a story behind the sacredness of this land, Loni can share that with you if you ask! There are 5 different ecosystems at Milo, all which hold their own magic!🪄
The lodge was built then the camping sites, then the Hippie Trailer, which is located near the west woods near the Fairy Forest. Then the Bunkhouse was established, it's just past the barn on the north end of the property. The lodge, where the Airbnb and pool are is centrally located on the land. We rent out the lower level guest quarters for non-campers. There are 2 stocked ponds, miles of trails, pool, Zen garden, farm animals and more. For diehard campers the beauty of primitive pack-in/pack-out camping of Freedom Field is a joy! Feel the energy of the sacred land. Find the vortexes here!

Great for the spiritually minded with several meditation spots and portals. Ask about availability of the art golf cart rental if interested. Loni can take you on a guided history, nature and meditation hike if you sign up for that. There are events happening some weekends you can participate in. We have a Call to Prayer 9:30am every day in the Art Studio/Spirit Shack, you may join us! Loni is a spiritual intuitive and can do a reading using the Milo Farm Oracle cards she created! Ask for availability of these things. Milo has a lot to offer!

We are on 7 beautiful acres in Baldwin City, KS. We're in town, but you'll feel like you're secluded in the country so you get the convenience of being close to downtown Baldwin, just 3 minutes away, while also feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere peacefully camping, just you and the birds. Our "glamper" is a 1960's retro camper that has been fully restored. The outside still looks very retro, but when you step inside you'll instantly surrender to the relaxation that awaits. Sink into the pile of fluffy pillows, take in the breathtaking boho vibe and the many amenities including A/C and Heat, wifi, a microwave, television with Netflix, refrigerator, waterless toilet and hand-washing sink. Games and snacks are tucked away in the kitchen area for you to enjoy your leisurely time at The Nest! With a large deck on the front you can take in the views of a nearby pond and a meandering creek which serves as a wildlife highway. The creek is fun to play in but certainly not over knee high in depth. The rock creek bed is great to walk down and explore the bluffs, and when dry or very low gives campers the occasional arrowhead. This location was the ancestral land of ancestral peoples (currently their name is unknown) and once you get settled in, you can easily see why!

Walking through the trails was fun. We can’t wait to come back in the spring. The Hobbit Hut was nice but smaller than we thought. The fire pit and animals were great for the kids. We went in early winter with some rain and still had a great time.

This was an amazing stay. Small and cozy. The cabin was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Despite having people in the areas around us, it was so quiet and peaceful. The neighbor we did interact with was friendly and helpful. The host responded quickly and was very helpful in explaining the things we needed to know. The only issue we had was really out of the owners control and not his fault at all. Off leash dogs come right up on the deck. 🤦♀️ Overall a great stay, and I would definitely stay again.

We loved the peace and quiet. There's water features and streams throughout the trails on property. Check with Michael about using the gas stove and oven; we didn't use it and the gas may have been off. Everything was clean and the inside water got hot. Michael was quiet to respond.

Milo Farms really is a magical place. Great hiking trails with little to no poison ivy. That is a big deal for me being severely allergic. All the wonderful people who keep the farm running are so nice and they are always happy to help. As a solo camper, I felt very safe as well.

Weekend Trip to Owl Creek Cabins
We had a wonderful time the yurt is beautiful, the bed is comfortable. The property is so fun. We had a nice hike and there are a few other fun places he is working on to glamp in the future. The area is private, you can kindof see the other sites but can't hear them. We brought our 8mo old baby set up our travel crib and she had a great time. The area is mostly shaded so it stayed cool while we were there. We stayed 2 nights and wish we could've stayed more. There was a fan in the yurt which was nice because we were debating bringing one, and there were several chairs both by the site and by the camp fire so we didnt even use ours. There is a hammock which was peaceful to lay on. We didn't use the grill but it takes charcoal and tools are provided. The bed is a queen size. You don't have to bring much to be comfortable there. We will definitely go back!

I highly recommend doing the ATV tour to familiarize yourself with the property! We stayed in the Funky Bunkhouse. Super cute and comfy! The pool is also clean and so nice.

Milo Farm was exactly what I needed — a place to connect with nature, the trees, water, and the sacred land. The trails are wide, well cared for, and clearly marked, with lots of creative and thoughtful touches that brought smiles, surprise, and wonder along the way. The donkeys and goats were a delight and so heartwarming to watch.
I stayed in the Hobbit Hut, which I loved for its cozy feel and location near the Frog Pond. A highlight was spotting a tiny frog, about the size of a quarter — something I haven’t seen in decades. The whole experience felt magical.
What made my stay even more special were the meaningful conversations I had with Loni and the staff/WWOOFers, whose deep respect for the land and life shines through everything they do. I left Milo with renewed hope for the Earth and humanity. Truly a memorable and inspiring stay — I highly recommend it for anyone seeking peace, connection, and a little wonder.

We were honored to be some of the first hipcampers to stay at this property! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and readily answered every question we had. All amenities were as described, and they even offered to start a campfire for us upon arrival. There are plenty of scenic views to take in, and the hosts provided a variety of seating and shelters around the property. A detailed guide was provided that gave instructions to electronics in the camper, as well as suggestions for local outings, and was much appreciated!

Weekend Trip to Owl Creek Cabins
The land was amazing to explore and take in all that surrounds you. Dipping your feet in the creek at night by the suburban listening the the water and reflecting is surreal. Walking the paths is another great experience. Chilling on the porch at the main house with the waterfall is amazing. You can play barred owl sounds loud and they with surrounds you. Best experience to reconnect with nature and get away from the city life. 10 out of 5 stars.

Weekend Trip to Milo Farm Sacred Land
My husband and I loved staying in the Bunk House at Milo Farm! The land is beautiful and radiates the care and love that has been put into it. The cabin was clean, very comfortable and was more than expected with cool A/C, a mini fridge and microwave. Goats and donkeys roam the land during the day and are so friendly and fun. There’s much to do and explore and Loni is an amazing host and a kind soul. Everyone we encountered was great - there was both privacy and community available during our weekend stay. The forests and trails were a highlight and truly are a sacred space. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

Loved the Bo Ho bus at Milo. It was easily accessible with parking close to the bus. Which is a big thing for me since I've had a spinal reconstruction surgery.
The bed was comfy and the A/C kept it just right inside. Love the vibe with all of the colors and lights at night. I'd definitely recommend.
