Learn more about this land:Camps sites are on the tree farm high on a hill bordering the Canadian border the Appalachain trail and Monson Pond. Mostly tent sites for people who enjoy nature and wild life, swimming in the pond as well as fishing in the pond and brook. We do have limited sites with water available. Kipp park is directly across the road with fire pits and picnic sites. You can always get water at the home farm house. It is a very quiet, peaceful and secluded place.Near by we have a Amish community where you can buy fresh eggs, vegetables  as well as fresh baked goods, pies and bread. Also Amish furniture built to last.

I have owned this land for 34 years and it has been my life's work. While I no longer graze cattle here, I do continue to produce hay and harvest timber.

The forest and fields are well managed and include scenic vistas, hiking trails and sitting places. Its a place to explore and discover its splendid biological diversity and peacefulness.

 The farm was awarded Outstanding Conservation Farm in 2003 and since 2009 the forest is a nationally certified Tree Farm by the American Tree Farm System.

 Visitors have always been welcomed here and the campsites are a natural outgrowth of sharing the land's peace and splendor. From the Top of the World sites you will experience how the world can slow down and the mind unravel. From Spring Pond you will enjoy the calming affects that surround you.

This spacious campsite has a spare table for gear and one for eating.

Spring pond campsite offers all the amenities for a fine camping experience complete with picnic table, fire pit and lounge chairs.

This old farm has rock piles dating back to the 1930's when fields were cleared with horses pulling wooden sleds.

Private trout pond and swimming hole is a 15 minute hike down the Mt Top Trail from Top of the World. The Spring Pond campsite is located here...secluded and protected.

The farm is also a certified Tree Farm under the American Tree Farm System.  Hiking a well managed forest that is ecologically intact...what a great experience!

The "leaf tunnel" road leads to Spring Pond campsite. The farm has miles of field edges and road for the mountain biking and hiking enthusiast.

St John River Front Tenting

Very private tenting site directly on the St John rivers shore. Lots of wildlife, serenity and privacy. Great fishing spot especially for bass and muskie. Start your day walking on riverside trail, then maybe a kayak journey on the water, and take off for the day on the hundreds of ATV trails! And end under the star as you sit by the open fire listening to the peepers.

Great spot for wildlife including partridge, moose, deer, and the like. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. 45 miles from Allagash Wilderness Waterway. 7 miles from town with amenities and hospital. Outhouse on property.
