We are located less than two miles from the town of Big Stone Gap. One acre is enclosed for a dog park. There are two RV lots with 30-amp plug-ins and water hookups. Please note, we do not have a septic dump. The top lot can accommodate RVs up to 36’, and the bottom lot up to 28’. The property features fascinating sedimentary rock formations, a rock waterfall flowing into a small pond, mountain views, and a horseshoe pit. We also have wildlife cameras that capture animals passing through the property each night. For an additional fee, you can reserve our hot tub for one hour or longer. We are adults only (without prior approval). We are LGBTQ+ friendly.

3 nights at Whippoorwill Hill

Very adorable rustic farm. We had a great stay, the horses were entertaining, and the nights were peaceful. Laura was lovely and accommodating. My kids got to walk and check out their mini-cows. The description said 4-wheel drive was needed for the pony pasture but I would say you need 4-wheel drive with some clearance. One section is a bit rough.
