One room, tiny cabin, 10‘ x 16‘ ( it's small) with bathroom , kitchenette , shower, space heater and air conditioning twin bed all in one room it's perfect for one person but it sleeps two with two twin beds one rolls out. Complementary coffee , hot tea, and water. There is a microwave and a mini fridge. It is in the woods by a stream and it is right beside my house where I live. Parking is about 150 feet walk down a small hill and a few stone steps. It is not handicap accessible. 3 miles to grocery and or Target/Walmart. The Chattahoochee river old Settles Bridge is 1/2 of a mile past my driveway trout fishing and kayak if you have one. I have a medium bike you can use.

Twin Lakes RV Park

2. Twin Lakes RV Park

Cumming, GA
Discover the charm of Twin Lakes RV Park, a unique family-owned and operated campground that has been welcoming guests since 1976. Over the years, we have dedicated ourselves to transforming our park into a pristine getaway, offering an exceptional experience for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Nestled on 50 acres, our park features 130 rental lots and two fully stocked lakes, encompassing approximately 13 acres of water. Guests can indulge in catch-and-release fishing, with trophy bass frequently making an appearance. Most of our lots come equipped with water, electric, and sewer services, while our lakefront lots offer water and electric only, as sewer connections are not available. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary dump station for registered guests, and non-registered guests can access it for a cash fee of $20.00. During your stay, enjoy a variety of activities such as horseshoes, relaxing in swings while watching the sunset, picnicking by the water, or taking leisurely walks around the park—don’t forget to bring your pets! We have numerous pet waste stations throughout the park, and all pets must remain on a leash at all times. Our campground is open year-round, and for those chilly winter months, we offer propane for sale on-site from Monday to Friday
