The Starlight Ranch

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic many services are not available. Only primitive campsites are available. Please ask about any additional services.

Near Sequoia National Park, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The Starlight Ranch is where the savvy camper goes for comfortable heated tents or affordable primitive sites. Whether you're looking for a shared tent hostel or a heated and air conditioned RV, you can't go wrong here. Join the hundreds of campers from all over the world who have already discovered the joys of worry free dining at our Home Kitchen and Grill while camping for a day, a weekend or a week!

Near Sequoia National Park, The Starlight Ranch allows you to bask in the sun during the day and gaze at the stars at night. Enjoy your primitive campsite on 5 private acres. Spring water at your campsite will also be provided. Plenty room to stay socially distanced and enjoy nature. Catch up and just be together with your group. No other campers will be on the property during your stay.  Oh yeah, and Sequoia National Park has some of the largest and oldest trees in the world if you're into that sort of thing. We are! Stay safe during covid with our contactless checkin and checkout services.

Alpaca Your Bags Tent Camp

Camp in the county with beautiful sunsets, sunrises, and night sky. A & M Ranch (40 acres)  is located 10 min north of Fresno and near Hwy 41 which leads to the mountains.

Many travelers stop here on their way to the national parks (Yosemite, Kings Canyon, Sequoia). We are also close to hiking trails, lakes, Sierra mountains, wineries, farmers' markets, and casinos. 

When you arrive, you will see our four alpacas in their pen. 

We have designated spots for Tent camping, although if you'd like another spot for tent camping let us know. 

Each site is listed separately.  We are listed on other platforms, so there may be other guests here. Marta also has she shop if you are interested in refurbished items or alpaca products.

We are not a day camp, so if you stay a few nights, we expect you will be out most of the day. You may hear coyotes at night, see lots of squirrels and wild bunnies.  Be careful of squirrel holes.

We are generally only open Fri. Sat, however, we do make exceptions. Please read the rules and safety. *** If we do not respond right away and give approval it is because sometimes our schedule changes. We usually respond WITHIN the week of your stay. 

White Mammoth Ranch

Welcome to the ranch! Established in 2005, the White Mammoth Ranch is a 5 acre ranch with goats and chickens. Designed with the size "mammoth" in mind, this 3 story house is 5,000+ sq. ft. with a 3,000 sq. ft. patio and wrap-around porch. Your hostess, Denise, designed and acted as General Contractor on this ranch. Her wonderful husband, John, grew up in the Central Valley and can help steer your travels.

Darcy's Tollhouse Ranch

Rich in history Mono Indian land. Was open grazing in the 1950, the Rose family owned the land and was sold to the Werner / Tetz family who developed the mountain 1970's. We still enjoy rustic off grid living open prairies, mountain with steep terrain and wild life . Our family calls this 90 acres home.
