Bentonville Bike Camp

Welcome to Bentonville Bike Camp; Where Bikers 🚴‍♂️ Come to Relax.

Just two miles from the highway and on a very peaceful piece of land. Great for gravel mountain bikers because we are on the gravel road and you can connect to the riding trails from here. We have a total of 10 acres of grass available to choose from; two sites with a 110 hook up.  We have fresh well water to fill your tanks and a dump station. There's a bike stand to wash your bikes, community fire pit* to get to know others, clean and well-maintained port a potty, and now with a heated outdoor shower! The creek runs in the spring or after a good rain. Good dogs are always welcome. We are avid mountain bikers and travelers and we live on the property.

We've been hosting since May '22 and it has been a blast! We pride ourselves on offering our guest plenty of space and a peaceful, country setting. 

Biking distant to nearby trails - 2 miles to Slaughter Pen or Handcut Hallow. Less than 1 mile to the Snowbird trailhead, part of the Back 40.

*Firepits are also at sites 1-4, as well as one in the meadow for dispersed camping.

Welcome to The Ridge Ranch LLC, a 10 acre Campground short term vacation rental adjacent to The Huckleberry Ridge Conservation Area, located 3 miles from where Little Sugar & Big Sugar Creek converge to form Elk River.  

We have 2 short term vacation rental cabin listings & are finishing out a 4 bed 2 bath Ranch House, available May 1.

In addition we offer primitive camping for your whole group, a campground w/ 4 RV sites including 30/50 amp electric/water sites and a dump station + access to our 6 person luxury hot tub 🙌

Rockin K Farms Spring Creek

This property is 10 acres that has a Crystal Clear Spring Fed Creek on it. We own both sides of the creek. The creek is a cool refreshing crystal Clear and peaceful place. Great place to takes in the beautiful and get one with nature. The creek changes with ever flood. At this time we have 1 big swimming hole to swim in. There are small mouth bass and if you want to try your hand at catching crawdads they are a plenty. May 1st we require a 2 night minimum for the weekends. 

Langley Off Road / Road Trip Lot

Learn more about this land:This lot is a great place for off roaders and ATV enthusiasts, as well as travelers just passing through. There's a safe city park for kids just across the street, a golf course a short drive away, great fishing, several restaurants, bars, Grand Lake, and the areas largest off road park. Two 30 amp electric plugs and we can fill your fresh water tanks.

Layman Love Homestead

Learn more about this land:Come enjoy a relaxing getaway at Layman Love Homestead. Nestled on our 5-acre homestead, you will enjoy a peaceful country setting with towering trees, wildlife, and a beautiful view of the night sky. On site, we have free-range chickens, a bunny and bees on the back portion of the property. Just a short drive to Downtown Rogers and Beaver Lake. This 2020 Forest River Vibe is clean and spacious with a large rear kitchen and breakfast bar looking out at beautiful country views. The living room has 2 recliners, sofa bed and 50in TV with Roku and Wifi. We supply everything that you need including cooking/eating utensils, coffee maker, towels, cleaner, and collection of family games. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a fridge, cooktop, sink, outdoor grill, cowboy firepit, with table and chairs.

Secret Gates

Gateway was a historic town known for its railway access. It was the last stop before Eureka Springs during the 1940's and was once a hub of activity. Now it is a rural farming community near many tourist attractions including state parks, lakes, rivers, trails/hiking, historic battlefields, and artsy shopping. Secret Gates is a little music and arts venue that hosts events like festivals and small private gatherings. A quiet getaway to get some rest in between your daytime activities at nearby attractions. Learn more about this land:A small folk events music venue and gathering spot with amazing bonfires, and nature trail, at the edge of a tiny rural village. Minutes to the lakes. 6 miles to Devil's Eyebrow State Park with miles of hiking trails. 13 miles to Eureka Springs just off historic hwy 62. Easy access. 3 miles to gas stations, food and general stores. Tent camping, Self contained RVs, Van/Car camping... Some areas are flat with easy access for larger rigs, and other sites are for tent campers only. No RV hookups, but there is water access on site. Just ask. Porta Potty provided. The only spots an RV, camper or vehicle camping can be set up is in camp spots #1 and #2.Tent camping only at spots #3 and 4.Bring your own fire wood or some can be provided for a fee when you arrive. Please do not take wood from the natural habitat. Please take your trash with you and do not burn plastics or glass in the fire pits. Paper and wood only for burning. We care about the environment and hope you can help us keep the sites as clean as they are when you arrived.
