Our 501(c)(3) Non-Profit campsite has soft opening under way! This means we don't have many frills, but we are by far the closest RV site to central Atlanta, and the only one on MARTA public transit (right outside the gate). We are a rare gem in this city. One of the last areas that have been allowed to return to nature after being farmed until the 1960s. We are surrounded by 100s of acres of parkland, and yet are only 5 minutes drive from almost everything you will need. You will see the hand cut terraces put in by the farm workers and then the forest has spent the last 50 years taking it back. Still lots of old growth trees around though. The county just purchased/swapped 50 more acres to go with the hundreds more under it's watch. There is a 14 mile concrete trail that runs behind the property and all the way out along the south river. Quite the hike or bike if you fancy a good walk. There is a 18 hole golf course, sports fields, public pool and YMCA type community center all along the trail and walking distance from the campsite. We are a 501c3 non-profit church that is still in the early days of it's mission. Your donation to our site helps fund our mission and keeps the lights on. We are massively focussed on permaculture as the only sustainable way of life and rapidly moving towards being totally carbon neutral. You will be up close on our early days and see our Solar Roof Cabin (a total of 300 panels and 70kW output when completed). We make a lot of our infrastructure from windfallen and site development trees that are cut and shaped on our own electric sawmill. Much of the rest of the renovations are done using upcycled and donated materials. We are working towards: Total energy and water independence Total structural material independence Food independence via aquaponic farming Providing solar powered refrigerated space to local food distros Providing local kids (and adults) access to training on permaculture and living with minimal impact on the planet. We own a small farm on 64 total acres with around 59 wooded. We have 4 primitive camping sites with lots of woods, wildlife, and two small creeks. We are even located on a short dirt road to give you that country feel. All of our sites are spread out from one another and you will feel secluded in the woods with nature. On our farm are free range chickens, peacocks, goats and a donkey in a pasture, turkeys (wild and domesticated), honeybees (in the field), and a few outdoor cats. We enjoy our animals and nature. We want to share this experience with others so we have decided to rent a few camping spots that we have shared over the years with our children. Enjoy the peaceful nights and the sounds of nature and star lit skies. In the daytime check out our farm animals, walk the trails, or explore the woods. Guest are welcome to pet and feet the animals if they choose. We are conveniently located less than two miles from a Dollar General, three miles from several restaurants right of I75, 8 miles to nearest Walmart, under 20 minutes to High Falls State Park, under 25 minutes to Dauset Trails Nature Center, and under 30 minutes to Indian Springs State Park. All of this located close to our property while being only 3 miles from the I75 on ramp at exit 205.

I have 2 large fields that rarely get used so I thought it would be fun to let others use them. I don't have any hookups but 1 field has a well on it. I wouldn't drink from the well but it could be used for other things. Very safe quiet area. Its just a mini hobby farm but you're more than welcome to check out the chickens and my pig Peppa. If the chickens are laying good I will get you some fresh eggs.

Enjoy a unique stay in the middle of Atlanta. This tiny home is located on an urban farm. The space is simple and comfortable, with a full bathroom, loft, Tempurpedic mattress, dining table, cooktop, TV and internet. There is a full closet for hanging clothes and several shelves. On the farm, you will find rows and rows of beautiful wildflowers. Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops & zoo. The space We're right in the middle of the city, a short distance from many attractions. But when you set foot on the farm, you'll feel like your miles away. The tiny house sits behind a concrete block facade that remains from an old house. The space in front of the house may look empty, but it has been used by the farmers for seed starts. In the future, we will be converting the space to a patio with seating and ping pong. The water heater is small - pretend you’re glamping! You can get about a 5 minute shower or a good excuse for skipping it altogether. Guest access You may wander the farm, but please stay off the beds and be mindful that these guys work really hard! The farm is pretty quiet January and part of February. Other things to note There is also a vintage Airstream on the property and is also rented out on Airbnb. This is a tiny house; along with a tiny house comes a tiny water heater. We have turned up the temperature, but please plan on short showers. Registration number STRL-2022-00376
